Cottage cheese and apple strudel 🍎😋 Tasty and spectacular!

The snake custard is not a classic custard, but rather more spectacular. It is made of yeast dough, and its beauty is due to its special shape. I baked a curd pie and an apple pie. Both were very tasty.

120 g butter (or margarine)
12 g of fresh yeast
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
0.5 dl of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 egg on top

1 tablespoon of sugar
5 g of vanilla sugar
0.5 tablespoons of semolina
20 g of raisins
grated lemon peel to taste

2 large apples
40 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
5 g of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of biscuit crumbs or breadcrumbs
Baking: 180 °C, 25 - 30 minutes
