I eat it every morning for breakfast with frozen fruit and a banana, a little honey and a shot of cinnamon. Then I sprinkle a little granola on top. It's delicious and fills me up until supper. I even ordered the cookbooks on Amazon for other meals with cottage cheese. Yummy! @@rachelcanterbury9322

I haven’t had cottage cheese since the south beach diet craze. The texture is interesting. Will try the apple and blueberry version for breakfast.

Cottage cheese with meat is pretty good as well I was bored and hungry one night and had cottage cheese in the fridge and chicken I took both out at the same time ate a shred of chicken first and then mixed it with the cottage cheese it was pretty good I suppose you could use ground beef as well I just happened to have the shredded chicken from the deli section add a bit of white or black pepper or don't it's good either way.

I want to love these but sometimes I have a hard time with the texture of cottage cheese. Maybe I could blend the cottage cheese up first.

Greek yogurt is also super high in protein and is a nice substitute. The texture will be different of course, but it pairs well with everything shown on the video.
