When the paint dries out you can add water and put it in a magic bullet or mini blender also. I've seen that done.

I have seen others use the milk frothers to mix milk paint so I was thinking that would be perfect for what you're doing and would fit into your jars. Mental note: Zeb opened new copper patina on 1/31 so it will be interesting to see how long the new jar will last.

We bought a dresser years ago to refinish and sell in our shop, we bought it after dark, turns out it had been painted by the kids a dark gray over the white and gold of the French dresser. Upon getting it ready to refinish, removing the paint that was on there thick, under the thick paint was a lump, lump turned out to be a pile of powder that the kids had painted over, we laughed till we cried, lol there was also a round hole in the side the size of a hammer head. We earned that sale, live and learn, shop in the daylight.

Definitely DO NOT stop the chit chat. It’s what we enjoy as well as what we learn. If THEY don’t like the chit chat they can mute you if they still want to watch. Aren’t people weird, always with their opinion but don’t have any videos themselves. I’m 75 and have no tolerance for negativity. I carry a taser for those people.😃😃🤪🤪Grandkids are always asking how many people I’ve tased that day when I pick them up from school.😳😳😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫💕💕💕💕💕

What a wonderful video!!! The whole thing was interesting and fun! I learned a lot, got some laughs and had a fun couple of hours! I have a question.. Not related to the video....but I m new and just starting out. I have a simple project I would like to do. It is a plate and a bowl that I want to glue together to make a riser type serving plate. What is the best glue to do this? Both pieces are glass ( kind of a phalsgragh ( sp) full almost ironstone feel. (But heavy) I'm thinking some sort of epoxy? Maybe gorilla glue? Help please . (Does not have to be dishwasher safe)

I recommend E6000 or gorilla glue construction adhesive. But with ceramics I really like E6000. Our edited video tomorrow we will be glueing some plates to candlesticks.

Because it’s heated and convinent. Sometimes we film late and like to be with the kids. We do have a room in the shop we are going to put a filming studio in we just need to set it up.

Where do you hide the kids when you paint things

Usually when we film they are at school. If they are home they just stay off camera. Many times you don’t see it but they are just in the hallway or in the family room. When we’re not filming they are always by us when we paint. It’s a joke when we’re doing an edited video we yell quiet on the set. And they are quiet for the 30 seconds we’re filming. Then they go right back to life. ❤️.
