Why type of coloring do you use for the sugar? And after putting the coloring in do you cook the sugar to dry it ? Or is the color still wet on the sugar ?

Cotton Candy is pure sugar. Reducing the sweetness isn't possible and doesn't even make sense to try! There are sour flavors of cotton candy like lemon and raspberry, but they, too, are 100% sugar!
