FYI as someone who stumbled upon this video from search: be upfront with your race results so the viewer knows if the video is for them. For anyone else wondering, her time is 2:09:18 with a negative split coming hot off the gate at 5:32 km pace, and finishing at 6:07 km pace.
I am 2 weeks from doing my first 10K then I will do a Half Marathon in Dec then I’m hoping to do a Marathon next year. I used the Couch to 10km app then now Runna but to be honest I don’t feel like I need Runna, I think I get the gist of it all now. You have done so well and watching you is making me feel excited.
I have a half marathon to run in August. And I hate running. Until recently I started running 5k as much as I can… the more I did it the easier it gets. One important thing, stretching is soooo important. Can’t way to see how I do. Thank you for the video
