I actually don’t agree with what you said just because the boys really drives sexual assault and just generally disgusting behavior from some of the superheroes but invincible while also doing that in the comics it doesn’t seem disgusting just violent
@@100daystopass family guy has racist and sexist remarks all the time, and it gets called out for stuff more than the boys does, but that's potentially just because of fame
The boys being in fornite and cod is exactly what would happen in the boys universe. Imo the boys should crossover with anything because its missing the entire fucking point of the show. This is like an irl squid games. Something was lost in translation. Oh my it was trend chasing all along.
I’d actually argue that since the boys is a metacommentary on the over saturation of superhero media it would be 100% in character of the show to crossover with Fortnite. Cool new avatar btw.
Yeah thas facts also keep in mind that season 4 of the boys is coming in 2024 so it'll make sense for fortnite to capitalize on the hype just as they did with invincible and if they do it the skins I would want are black noir and soldier boy fr
Ngl if Amazon is willing to put Omni Man in FALL GUYS, I think it’s just a matter of time before they put the Boys in Fortnite. The sales would be insane.
People are saying how Omni man being added means the boys should be too but I think the Rick and Morty collab proves that the boys could be added more so. Rick and Morty though maybe not as brutal as Invincible it has a lot more adult themes (example being Morty almost being molested, drugs, alcoholism etc)
Peter Griffin, The Walking Dead, Rick and Morty, Fallout (incoming) all the 80s horror and action villains etc, i think all prove Fortnite does not care about source material as far as "Kid friendly content" goes
I feel like the "it fits better in other franchises" its not really a good argument for a simple reason. Michael Myers from Halloween, Asley Williams from evil dead, Leon, Jill and Chris from Resident evil, the Demogorgon from Stranger things, Ellen Ripley and the Xenomorph from Alien. All of this characters and franchises are horror/survival horror/accion horror franchises, And they all are in another more fitting horror collab game called Dead By Daylight, Of course DBD can depict and bring justice to those characters in a better way than fortnite will ever do, but that does not make it impossible to have them in both games at the same time. my biggest argument its with the Michael Myers skin and the Halloween chapter from DBD. One makes Myers more "memeable" having his taunt be him playing the main theme of Halloween in a piano, while dead by daylight depict them more as the cold blooded stalker and killer he is. The boys, as it did with those characters, and with other like Invincible, or the suicide squad, Can be just depicted in fortnite with the same "seriousness" as any other franchise. And Amazon is the one who license Invincible to Fortnite. So I don't see it as and issue, if anything the addition of invincible make it more possible
Would personally be super happy to see the boys in fortnite (specifically starlight) horror and ultra violent media is some of my favorites out there, along with indie works. Id be super happy to see more of them in fortnite. Id definitely say your points are good. Great video as always!
Soldier boy is the only one that o doubt Just because his moral and way of think Mostly People treat him like a good guy forgeting HE is the homelander of his time and he still being an complety douchebag and a piece of shit of the 40's Meanwhile homelander is Just evil, thats it He is not exactly thinking like "this kind of stuff is for maggots" or "women must be like this" none of that and if he is, its not because he think like that, he Just that simple evil and thinking he is above everyfuckingone and everyone must praise him and do what he want, sounds stupid but is easy One is complety selfish and Will Just hurt everyone because he Just will The other had old garbage way of thinking that is actually age like milk At the end if they want to ad him they Will, but the reason why they Will not is kind obvious
Fortnite released a player survey fir collabs we want and on the list it says portal, last of us, better call sual and most importantly GEN V the boys spinoff show, and we the community can vote if we want that collab to happen so if gen v characters can be in fortnite then homelander can definitely be added EDIT: the boys is definitely possible you can vote for a-train
I know this is off topic but I'd like to see 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle & Russel Hobbs from the Gorillaz added to Fortnite and now even more since fortnite got the Guitar Hero game mode. Because it'd be the perfect collaboration with fortnite.
I mean they've added franchises like DOOM, Invincible, Family Guy etc. and while they all have fictional gore, the Boys is made to make it look real sure but I don't see how that would impact it. Just the thought of Homelander one pumping kids is funny itself
Micheal Myers, Slim Shady (If you know Slim Shady music that should be obvious why he's here), Demogorgon, Alien, Predator, Frieza, Itachi, Kratos, cant forget Peter and Rick/Morty No franchise is safe from Fortnite, Fortnite doesnt care about how grim the source material is so long as the skin itself is PG
"Its a TV Show From amazon prime" - *Pauses it to yell at my friend* "ITS A COMIC ADAPTATION!!! *Unpauses* "Based on the Comic-" *Pauses again* (My Friend) Apologize.. Me: Sorry Madmax with 2 x 66 :( Him: Thats better.
Yeah the only difference is one is animated. The only thing The Boys has over it is the nudity. But there’s plenty of franchises that have a ton of that and are still in the game so.
@@pennywise9098bro no just because it’s animated doesn’t make any more less brutal. Literally the train scene is one of the most brutalist massacre ever. It’s like telling me the show doesn’t deserve a TV-MA rating cuz it’s animated
Predator was extremely graphic film series. Michael Myers psychopathic killer added. Batman who laughs psycho killer. Theyve pushed transgender skins on children. Omni man tried to murder his son and did murder his universe version of justice league. Rick and Morty adult themed tv series. Futurama is far from a children’s show. Deadpool psycho killer. John Wick hired killer. Epic has no excuse not to add anyone. Epic has so many demonic themed characters the list goes on. They pick and choose what to do based on how they can desensitize players.
anything adult with enough notoriety and fantastical and/or action elements has a chance to make it, invincible and John Wick are enough proof, what I'd be asking instead is if shows such as Breaking Bad that are very grounded and have themes such as crime and drug trafficking/consumption that I think is hard to get into Fortnite
I like as fortnite fans we can see the boys x COD collab and say that it was a pretty good collab up to fortnite standards but COD fans seeing the collab saw it in a different way.
a good way for the supes from the boys to come into fortnite would be similar to the advertising of the show itself, all being in universe and ignoring the supes issues and instead focusing on the heroes being more like a brand. It could be similar to the kaws collab in the way that it doesn’t promote a series but instead promotes a brand, the brand in question being Vought
So about the call of duty argument, why can`t it be both? Why can`t amazon make a collaboration with call of duty first, and then start working on a collab with fortnite? A simular thing happened with attack on titan, first it had collabs with free fire and Call of duty, and then it got a fortnite collab. And also an opposite thing happened with Venom 2, it was first added to fortnite, then to free fire. So I don`t think the current collaboration with call of duty means that the boys won't be added to fortnite. If anything, that just makes me convinced that we WILL see the boys in fortnite eventually, since the owners are down to collab with battle royales. Also aren`t Invincible and The boys owned by the same company? They both come out on amazon's streaming service, and on imdb amazon is listed as one of production companies for both of them, so I asume that Amazon does own both invincible and the boys. And since fortnite already has collab with invincible, I think it would be pretty safe to say that the boys in fortnite are pretty much inevitable.
In Fortnite the subject matter, stuff within the confines of the show/movie dont actually matter, which is why we have Slim Shady (The Self proclaimed Murderer, rapist, and desires to murder his own mom), Alien (The creature that literally bursts through your chest when its born), Terminator (The franchise built off attempting to Nuke Civilization and murder a child) and now Fallout (The actual nuking of civilization) etc are all in the game. No liscense is safe from Fortnite unless legally speaking the Liscense holders are too risky like Jason Voorhees. We could expect any and every other franchise to crossover with time
Moreover there should be a 3rd wave in cod for The Boys, to bring in Butcher, Solider Boy and Kimiko alongside returning the previous skins to the shop for a limited time
I think the one thing that people forget about The Boys is how political its becoming. Looking at the end of season 3 and the trailer for season 4, it looks like the show is going to be more a satire on U.S politics, with it obviously being biased towards one side. I think that is something that may steer Fortnite away from collabing with them, as remaining politically neutral is the best possible thing for a business like Fortnite to do. Obviously, other franchises that have made their way into the game have SOME politics in them, however The Boys has A LOT (and as said previously makes their stance very clear). Who knows I could be wrong and honestly I would be ecstatic about playing as Homelander in Fortnite while quickscoping Peter Griffin riding inside a supercar with Darth Maul as the driver
I think the comparison between Invincible being added and The Boys not being added is really weird. I don't think they care about violence at all with collabs. I mean we have Doom Slayer, Predator, Omni Man, and John Wick that are all violent. However, I think the main reason that fortnite wouldn't add The Boys is because of the sexual content in the show. Fortnite is a game centered around violence. So when kids are exposed to it in shows or movies, it's not that bad. I don't think Epic would ever add the Boys just because they don't wanna market the sexual content in the show.
I feel like the boys is way too much for fornite like ye there’s stuff like invincible but I feel like that’s way more family family friendly especially coz it is a cartoon but the boys kinda a 18+ show especially with all the NSFW stuff.
Most likely, it would be added around the time season 4 drops, if anything. I’m staying hopeful because it was in a survey, but you never know, we thought there would be more stranger things skins around the season 4 launch, but none came out….
But if the logic is that amazon wants to keep the boys in games like mk and cod wouldn't it also apply to invincible similar vibe the shows are already compared a lot and both are being distributed through Amazon the boys and invincible are both in mk whereas the boys is in cod and invincible in Fortnite I don't think the crossover is impossible but probably gonna happen later down the line they probably wanna keep the crossover kinda far apart to maximize profits
Short answe that's not a waste of time; Yes. Anything can be added to Fortnite unless it directly promotes something illegal, thats just how Epic works.
I love his videos but id rather just a background instead of the demon png thing. No hate, i dont wanna live in anyones head rent free. but that demon thing is just not it for me. Love the videos!
nah i think that it being in call of duty and pubg is just showing theyll beable to be in games, increacing the chance of homelander being the guy from fortnite.
