You missed Hot Marat, from the Wreck-It Ralph collab! This was actually the first time we got a collab cosmetic (excluding the NFL ones). It's a dance Ralph does in the awful sequel. It was credited to Disney in the news tab and promos, and there was even a Ralph easter egg in Risky Reels.

Some other small collabs were the Vulcan emote (Star Trek), Pennywise balloons (just in map stuff), Kingsman umbrella (weapon), and Hot Marat from Wreck it Ralph 2 The Trek one only being an emote is baffling when you consider just how massive that IP is

None of these except the Hot Marat were advertised as collaborations nor were the license holders credited in promos featuring them. The Vulcan Salute isn't trademarked as it is a Jewish blessing sign while the name "Vulcan" came from the Roman god of fire. The Pennywise balloons *did* use audios of Bill Skarsgård from the first IT film and the movie's official Twitter account retweeted a news article about them, so atleast there's a chance it was an undisclosed collab or a teaser for one we never got.

Fortnite seems to have a very good relationship with Amazon, since even a fortnite weapon made it into the Invincible s2 finale, so honestly I can totally see them working again for a Hazbin Hotel collab.

Fun fact: Since fortnite collabs with Street fighter, wich collabs with battle cats, wich collabs with gudetama, wich is part of the Hello Kitty universe. This means that it is 100% possible we could someday get hello Kitty cranking 90's in fortnite

Well, that's not exactly how it works but it could happen. Sanrio does collaborate a lot with other IPs. The more logical "path" is that by collaborating with Street Fighter and Resident Evil this means things like Monster Hunter, Mega Man, Devil May Cry, Ace Attorney and Darkstalkers can also get into Fortnite because all of them are under the same company: Capcom.

Oh since we`re on topic of collabs that didn`t get an official skin. Did you know that way before battle royale even existed and fortnite was a zombie-survivour game with building elements, there was a collaboration with Pewdiepie, Vanos Gaming, Dahiti Da Nogla, yogscast and many other youtubers? It was part of a "search for survivours" promotion, where bunch of youtubers were sponsored by epic to promote fortnite. As a part of this promotion epic made diffrent banner icons for these youtubers and one banner for a social media "VK".

The free guy semi-collab was intresting, there were quests with Ryan Renolds holographs and a single emote for completing them. Also the Rainbow smash pickaxe made an appearance in a shot of the movie

Another semi-crossover you missed was the Avenged Sevenfold collab. They made a map dedicated to their newest album which was a HUGE missed opportunity and let down not putting some of their songs on fortnite festival, or creating any cosmetics like a death bat glider.

yep i remember when they put this out. HUGE missed opportunity. as an avenged sevenfold superfan, i was highly disappointed that they didn't do more with it. the map itself didn't even get that much traction. i hope someday they take more advantage of the opportunity, i wish more rock/alternative/metal music was given more attention in fortnite. woulda been cool to have some a7x cosmetics

As an avid Pac-Man fan, I must say that although I’d love a skin… I am satisfied with how the back bling and emote represents the franchise. I adore how if you die Pac-Man will play his death sound effect, and how they react through the game. It is by far my favorite backbling and you usually won’t see me not wearing it. Amazing video as well!

Another semi-collab from March 2019 was kinda a combination of the One Piece and Radiohead collabs in terms of approach, rock band Weezer had a creative map made to promote their new album, which featured a song on the album that hadn't been heard yet called "I'm Just Being Honest" and had no purchasable cosmetics. However now they're on Fortnite Festival so we did get something official after all

If Epic aren’t able to do a Pac-Man skin for another team up with Bandai Namco in Fortnite, the next best and better option would be a Tekken collab, I mean after all, Tekken 8 is already out and the franchise is turning 30 this year. I think it’ll start off with Kazuya as a Battle Pass exclusive skin, and then the first bundle would feature Jin, Nina and Xiaoyu. The second bundle would feature Asuka and Lili. The third would feature Marshall Law and Paul Phoenix. And the fourth one would feature King, Armor King and Meowscles wearing a headband and Karate Gi and would be called “Kat-Fu Meowscles”.

Another "semi-collab" if you can even call it that was the Red Vs Blue Fortnite promotional video for the Blood Gulch Creative map for the Halo Collab with Fortnite. I don't know if you can really call it a "semi-collab" because no Red Vs Blue cosmetics were actually added, however Master Chief himself is mentioned in the series and is in Fortnite but grrrr give me RvB content the final season just got announced it would be the best time for there to be a RvB Fortnite collab grahhhhh

they also added the carlton dance as an emote from the fresh prince of bel air and called it “fresh” on december 17th 2017 as the first ever store purchasable emote in the game. although it hasn’t been out since november 2018 due to alfonso ribeiro suing the company for copying the dance without giving credit so i don’t see it coming back anytime soon. they also took the rambuctious emote from an episode of the show which wasn’t out for some time due to the controversy

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu just announced a creative map, for those that don't who she is, she's a J-Pop idol. She "kinda" has a Fortnite bootleg collab before this creative map, the emote "Ninja style" has a little music track which is a rendition of her song PONPONPON, this was done because legendary Fortnite player Ninja danced to that song in his streams

What about Kingohger? It's amazing the Kingohger collab maps are even available internationally considering the licensing issues that would normally get in the way. I mean, while Hasbro is no longer adapting Super Sentai for Power Rangers, I'm pretty sure that they still have the main copyright license to Super Sentai in the US. Anime collabs are one thing but Epic has yet to have even a daikajiu tokusatsu collab. As far as toku hero skins go though, I think we're more likely to see Ultraman skins than any other toku hero franchise.

Although this was through Coachella, Fortnite collaborated with Porter Robinson, playing his music in a creative map while also making it to where you can obtain lobby music. I think there’s potential for a skin set based on Shelter and/or Musician.

I think the Alastor emote is one of the most important 'collabs' in the entire game because its both a fanmade song, meaning emotes of all the FNAF songs could get in, but its ofc also a semi Hazbin crossover

The reaper's showtime emote isn't a hazbin hotel collab, it's a collab with black gryph0n. It's why the scythe isn't something from the show directly like Alastor's Microphone, though has similar vibes like the eye on the scythe.

Hazbin was a really messy show before and after it was picked up; It's like they're trying too hard to do too much and can't find room in the mix for an effective storyline or basic flow. Now, Helluva Boss hit a sweet spot; I'm honestly bummed that one's still just floating in internet purgatory.
