​@@Theunloved1738 The limitation of the dragons balls is that if the target has a power level higher then the creator than the dragon can't make the wished. One of the characters did wished upon death on the Saiyan but it didn't work. Even if Homelander wished did came true I don't see his body handling all of that extra power, Moro was slowly dying from absorbing the power of angle and Granola only had three years left to live after making a wished to be the strongest in the universe.

Judging off that Homelander probably has a power level of 60-80. Way more than enough to take on anything native to his earth but Vegeta has a power level of over 15,000 according to the fan power level Wiki. Earth is toast lol.

Assuming a saiyan got the homelander treatment (god forbid it was a legendary saiyan), they'd be at the very least, 200 times stronger, just as more durable(without needing to have their guard up), many times faster, and can fly without ki. A saiyans reaction to the stuff would makes the humans look like a fucking joke because that relatively weak power is more of an amplifier to their power.

If Goku were a UFC fighter, Vegeta would be more like a street fighter, meaning it is likely compound V could give Vegeta access to a berserker like state that he can access, as that fits his personality to a T. Imagine a Vegeta that is immune to all pain and fear, while also causing him to lose all sense of morality and restraint.

@ahmadstewasamlrt2202 you know that what if smacks with the right timeline, what if we sort of mixed the whole compound v plot with Captain America's origin, making Soldier by like the government attempt of recreating Cap after he fell into the Arctic Ocean kicking off Vought's introduction into the Marvel universe. Maybe Ross kept compound V as a sort of sub-project funding hydra to continue its studies of compound V ala operation paper clip and make the shield an agency made in response to the corruption and fuckery it saw from the government by either creating or recruiting its suit of suits just in case a threat big enough for Ross to make an excuse comes along. This might change several things around such as maybe Ross had more skin in the game collecting and experimenting on supes due to this sub-project V which is all uncovered in Avengers Winter Soldier and by Civil War we can see a rendition of it where instead of Tony going after cap its ross and his sub-project B operatives made up of the friendly faces that make up the seven. Maybe this leads into a war on two fronts where the Avengers trail the Origins of this which leads to a similar ending to what we got in Civil War since we could probably rewrite Becky's whole sleeper agent hoodoo to be associated with the Subproject and create motivation for Iron man both to want to take down Ross but also the same want to bring in cap he had in the movies... My question would be how would they lace this whole subplot I'm with the Infinity Saga? Like what roles would the sub-project play, would the whole flag smasher plot evolve from smuggling operations of compound V into unprotected countries after the snap caused several smaller governments to collapse and Carly and they took the drug to be able to fight off what is essential superhuman contra's making a power grab in destabilized regions... What if She-hulk went the political drama route and focused on how the Sokovia Accords affected the existing superhuman population who were turned superhuman after Vought illegally dumped waste somewhere too close to a poorer neighborhood water supply and shelter to try to fight the company on two fronts... Hawkeye could probably follow a seedy criminal underbelly where V is sold to the streets by a kingpin and it's up to him and a host of other age street-tier heroes and old guard-like Faredevil to clean up the streets of V Dealers and help rehabilitate superhuman addicts. Funnily enough, you could probably spin that off into another series where the super addicts do hero work as community service and maybe throw a plot in there where they go further down the rabbit hole of the darker side of thought... Spiderman No Way Home could be about Spiderman trying to live up to Stark but replace Mysterio with a Vought villain, secret wars could even replace the Skrull infiltration plot with a deeper divs into Vought, dealing with sub-project V. Or if you want a reason to have the Skrulls in it you could make Verrick grow wise to a conspiracy that leads to more and more of his kind to be killed by the program under fury's watch during the whole winter Soldier thing. You could probably do something similar with mutants a little later down the line like have the Originator of Vought be like a mixture of sinister and Mangela, having some sick want to become like mutant kind and creating compound V by draining superhumans of their Adrenachrome or some shit... It's a spitball you can take or leave that Idea and it would still work but I have a vision... I think I could brainstorm something else with my time but this seriously has some potential narratively speaking since Vought isn't exactly something you beat by punching to death like others villains...

He might pose a slight threat if fighting the 2012 Avengers

It's both a sequel and reboot. Sequel in the sense of the timeline, with liu Kang being god, and raiden not a god, but reboot in the sense of the characters, as they technically are new/ different people in comparison to before, but ultimately are still them in a basic way. So no, kratos and spawn scaling wouldn't apply, except maybe to liu Kang, but he's much stronger than he was then, so maybe not as well
