This was a GREAT conversation. I love the picture Alex painted about the depth of line up. Rice (annoying rookie taking pitches, knows the zone), Soto (making you work for EVERYTHING you get as a pitcher), Judge (the BEST hitter in the world.🌎), THEN Parades⁉️ That pitcher is exhausted.🥵 Keep it up guys. 👍🏾

The yanks infield used to be a bunch of crappy players and Volpe. Now it might just be a bunch of crappy players. Absolutely NEED to add at least one if not two legit infields who can hit. Bullpen and infield. Starting pitching is a far second to those main needs.

Imagine getting Peredes AND Lowe.... Trade Gleyber AND DJ if possible, Cabrera Utility guy with Berdi, Rizzo BYE, And if Dominguez can come back and be GOOD. Lineup: Peredes Soto Judge Lowe Stanton Rice Dominguez Wells Volpe WTH that be nuts😍... But we don't have the prospects to get both and a reliever or starter. So AT least get Lowe, put him at 3rd and keep Gleybor and 🙏 he gets hot leaving more money Pitching😎👍... Though I prefer Peredes Remember Baltimore is going after Cy Young Pitching. We NEED to be agressive or all this is for💩 Either way, to make an impact Jones and Hampton are gone to make anything noticeable to happen and a bunch of Other prospects FOR REAL

Why would the Rays trade with the Yankees.Screw Lowe.Don't be afraid to trade Jones, Dominguez or Hampton.Not for a rental though.

The rays are not trading with Yankees u have to be realistic we go though this every year

The Yanks will not trade Jones or Dominguez to the Rays and risk them becoming superstars and killing them for years, just not gonna happen.

What do you make of Paredes terrible Savant numbers? For example, well below average xWOBA, outs above average, sprint speed, etc.? Not a lot to like in the advanced numbers, for someone who will cost a ton

Im seeing Yanks getting Jazz and Scott from Marlins. I know not everyone is for Jazz, but id take him over Torres right now. Sorry Torres fans. I do like Scott. I know hes only a rental, but i still want him. Seeing the Marlins move Jazz to 2nd base, they know the Yanks are interested. So i just have a feeling this is almost a given. But ive been wrong before and most likely will def be wrong in the future ! haha. Im hoping Torres is wearing another uniform at the deadline. Hopefully the Yanks figure out 3rd base as well. Cant keep watching DJ right now, its terrible to watch. I like DJ too, so its double bad. Verdugo is known to start hot and have a colder 2nd half of the season. Look at his career stats between first and 2nd part of the season. He is good in the playoffs tho, but ya gotta get there first ! Im not expecting magic out of Verdugo, but i do see him getting better than he is currently and any better at this point is a bonus. LOL! Just a few of my thoughts on this. Id like to see us get Scott to use him over Holmes. Move Holmes to 7th inning guy or 8th inning. Anywhere but closer. But our BP and infield need help for sure. We shall see what happens.
