didnt have red peppers so i used a yellow bell pepper. Also didnt have Jalapenos so i used a green bell pepper. I didnt know what to expect from the dressing so used the measured amounts in the discription and left it at that. Its a good summer BBQ salad but Im 100% sure the Jalapanos with that kick would make it better!! Will give it a 2nd try with the exact ingredients!
