good review bro great points, the likeness is impressive, also, it makes me regret that my adv version does nt allow to remove the hat, I kind of miss that now, my old 12' Joes had no prob getting hats on - off and of course, they lost it in fights, ha, ha I still prefer mine for reliability though... nothing breaks, like Indy, he s reliable I don t like to mess with hands either, just good 'kung fu' gripping hands will do it for me I skip many figs on clearance if their hands are just punch fists or useless I have a red skull who can only hold a stupid cube! come on! the other thing that sold the adv version was the ark and friends yeah, it missed a lot of bad guys, but Belloq and Brody are fun to have, Elsa looks cool, Toth. they mix fine with legends - joes on any scene. the gun and whip hooks are a chore though, but worse than broken wrists? mmm, I think not for myself, but it s a compromise some will do, and they re not wrong. I probably just have less money.... so now you know... God bless America and world peace! good show bro

Another great review! I have this figure on preorder, and I have to say I was a bit worried about it being a dud. Your review did away with any second thoughts about dropping my precious coin on this Indy. You’re right about it making the Hasbro Adventure Series figures look like crap. Still, the quality difference makes sense when you consider the price difference between the two brands.

That face sculpt is damn good. I also forgive those knee joints as someone who's getting a bit done with the double joint making bent legs look fuckin weird. A figure that does Indy more justice than the last two movies that totally don't exist, hahah

Such an underrated figure! The butterfly joint actually can extend even more as it has another hinge within the shoulder shell. It’s got more range than a Spider Man figure! Biggest steal ever for me and I managed to get him from Amazon Japan with free shipping for $72 lol

Great review, I dig your style. My only complaint about this figure is he should have had a gloved hands for fighting and shooting, other than that he is absolutely amazing and comes with a lot of accessories. Had to buy it.

I see the positives, face sculpts are great! All those awesome accessories, but at almost three times the price of the Hasbro? I've broken pieces off my imports. They're not fun to play with at all. I don't know, for me it's about the fun factor and and price.

amazing figure, though I would've liked to have seen a bit of weathering on the jacket and hat (something hasbro did pretty well) and a bendy wire whip woulda been cool. and I'm glad I'm not the only one who fears swapping hands on figuarts figures, the peg just looks so easily breakable.
