As a parent I can tell you, I would want to make damn sure there was hard, irrefutable evidence

I think we’ve seen in other trials that most aren’t built like you, unfortunately.

Thats generally how they are able to assign the death penalty. Hard evidence.

Well debatable dna went against zach in conjunction with media coverage convicted him very wtongly, I think BK is being unfairly presumed guilty already

Hence why I believe touch DNA would be enough to convict, for some.

He absolutely is being presumed guilty. The media has inserted themselves as Judge & Jury, AGAIN

I sure want to see a body cam video of when law enforcement first saw the sheath and I intend to focus on the chain of custody.

Yeah, I imagine that’s something we will never see footage of due to the fire - unless there is a photo maybe 🤷‍♂️

it depends on if his sole DNA is on the sheath or its a mixture of others

How do you know it put there by the real killer to frame BK

Exactly. It may well have been the case, no one knows yet.

Are you kidding me?? Yes, I would convict him on touch dna, because how did it get there if he didn’t bring it himself?? 🤨
@thealternatecorner

There are multiple ways it could get there, however, the whole purpose of the video is to see what people think so it's interesting that for you it would be enough. Thank you for responding.

A few other channels has provided actual cases where touch dna got the wrong person convicted. The dna was either there by accident or planted. In one case the police had stopped the suspect, shook his hand...then they went to the crime scene and touched evidence without gloves. BK was stopped by police twice. I don't know if they shook hands, but BK handed them his papers, they handled it and gave it back. Let's say Bk's dna was on the papers, the cop touched them (now he got BK's touche dna on him) if the cop then went to the crime scene and touched the knife sheeth...then BK's touch dna will be on the sheeth. The question is why would the cop not wear gloves? Lazy or did they want Brian to go down for this? All I know is that Brian had applied for a position in LE and been rejected several times. They obviously didn't like him.

@@jlorde8838 Thanks for the comment. I’m however basing this on just the touch DNA as currently a lot still needs to be proven.
