Profound Truth. What has happened; IS happened

I think sometimes its a bit dodgey to recomend staying with it. Its natural to move away from pain and discomfort and towards pleasure and fulfillment. Even a single celled ameoba will do that. Some people will take your advice the wrong way and do themselves a mischief. Take care people, trust yourselves, be honest with yourselves and use your common sense. As far as i understand, resistance and moving away from pain and discomfort is still just what's happening. There is nothing wrong with it and you could hurt yourself if you try to get something from doing this. ie, you are still wanting some relief. Its so tricky because suppressing your self is also just what's happening. i give up. Don't listen to any of this 🤔😐😯🤯😁

Nothing is also apparently everything so even though we are all seeking something, we actually are seeking nothing which we already are since we are actually everything…which actually is nothing.
