This is definitely there best show since 2019. Very clean and the clarity in sound is absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to see them in Atlanta at the SouthEastern championship.
I can’t wait to see this at finals. We know they changed the ending of last years show between semis and finals, curious what they are going to pull off this year
I for one am happy to see corps like these who were once small develop into a big thing. It makes me so so happy! It’s just sad this generation has seen nothing but wins from BD! 😂
Can someone tell me the significance of the weird voiceover at the end before the final push? If I understand what it’s from maybe I’ll like it a bit more but it feels really out of place to me right now. I absolutely love the rest of it though
I think it has to do with the glitch theme like playing little things from earlier in the show bc it plays the beginning announcement aswell but idek tbh
the man in the voiceover is brandt crocker, who has been doing the announcements at at least world championship finals for a hefty while now. i believe he announced his retirement last year but he did this little voiceover which is cute. but the announcement starts at the beginning of the show all glitchy and incomplete before resolving at the end. blue devils did smth similar in 2017 tho not with brandt crocker doing the voiceover
It is ridiculously out of place and pretentious. It certainly goes over the heads of most people. It's supposed to be some weird glitch and then we hear Steve's voice narrating and calling out the corps name with the glitch when he isn't even at these shows. The whole thing must go
@@organboiIt is Brandt. It's usually Dan Potter for larger shows except for finals. It was a rumor he retired but he hasn't. It will all make sense finals week. The glitch addition is new. How is it pretentious when he announces the corps every finals?
Because the staff is smart and they’re saving GE boosting moments for later in the season when it’ll matter most. Why put everything out there too early and risk plateauing? Sounds like you’re hating just to hate in this comment section
@@alextheruckAnd we shall see if you're right. Being a smart staff doesn't necessarily mean saving changes till the end. It doesn't cause plateau. No evidence for such a statement.
@@organboi I guess you don’t know what you’re talking about then. Go pay attention to any season. There’s always changes, sometimes even an entire movement gets changed/added. Do you think all the corps that do this don’t have it planned well in advance? Well, they do! And the reason is exactly as I described above. Plateauing isn’t just about scores, it’s about making sure the show stays fresh. Hope that makes sense :)
@@organboi and respectfully, your comment was simply unneeded and I don’t think anyone who has any sort of connection with the “BCA” should be leaving something like that in public comment sections. They’ll do what they do, and I trust that the staff will guide them well. We’ll see what happens come San Antonio/finals!
