@@cocoboy5215 i had to make sure the services arent running for creative cloud/adobe weren't running, went into the local temp folder and deleted folders for ccda manually, checked common inside of x86 or x64 and program data... i even found some registries entries even after rebooting the computer the program is somewhat spotty, this is also the reason why the ccda/adobe standalone applications fail to install files from the previous installation still exist

Glad it helped! There are many reasons for LAGGIG 1) Maybe your Hardware drivers are upgraded and your PC still on the OLD page. SOL: Update all your drivers 2) Maybe VIRUS is so. SOL: Install any Anti-Virus application. Then simply scan your whole PC. Hope it will help!
