You saying a Tauren does more dmg then an Orc would? What about the Orc's racial? Something im missing?

hey! im glad you like the videos :) i would recommend simming the 408 cct vs 421 icon - icon is a very strong trinket on it's own, so it woudlnt surprise me if it beats out 408 cct even without other icon users in your party. I'm also streaming on twitch right now :) i try to stream everyday if possible, but hard to get groups going and i dont want to just stream me sitting in lfg all day lol Ill probably make sundays my zero to hero stream day and maybe throw in an extra day or 2 depending on the week and my availability and so on

Its bound to happen from time to time, but if youre cycling your cds properly and running the CTO build, it shouldn't happen too often

@SupaRich89 most common case of energy starvation is from not cycling vanish and shadow dance properly, you need to prio vanish >sd, as your main stealth bar access tool. You could also be refreshing blade flurry too often, or using sinister strike even when you have a proc available. If youre using SD before vanish, as well as doing either of those other things i mentioned, that could be why youre getting energy starved. I notice i only get starved if i mess up and press shadow dance while i have vanish available.

Even if you have an active FtH proc, it is still higher value to send vanish> shadow dance to get as high uptime on your rtb buffs as possible

Whats next is you continue to cycle your vanish and shadow dance as they come up to try to get as many rtb buffs as possible through ambush and dispatch. You just continue with your rotation of building and spending in the most efficient way possible based on what procs(pistol or ambush) that you get

There are plenty of "viable" builds, and at the end of the day, if you're not pushing the highest level of content, play whichever build is the most fun for you. I only play whatever is "the best" because I need to squeeze out every little bit of damage possible to try and time the top level of keys that im pushing. If you're not also doing the same thing, you can play whichever build you prefer.

It sims pretty equivalently with the old greenskin build, but the energy economy is so much better

Dancing steel adds a very large amount of dmg to out overall. It's near impossible to drop without greatly hurting our throughput. There are also plenty of bosses that have multiple targets, so dropping dancing streel effectively lowers our boss dam in those scenarios too

strange - im not sure what the issue would be - what happens when you press the button? does a different ability come out, or do you just stand there doing nothing, and does it happen on pull, or when you use vanish only?

i just stand still doing nothing, i thought i wasn't invisible when i tried to use ambush but i really was in stealth and the subterfuge icon wasnt showing up like it was active

@@ChurpieTv it was actually the macro with my trinket and adrenaline rush, if i use my trinket while invisible the subterfuge doesnt work :((

Yes and no. I have my cold blood macrod onto dispatch for ease of use, but at 10+ targets, you technically want to cold blood your blade rush- it's a very minor dps increase, so i dont really bother with it and would rather just not have CB keybound and only send it on my dispatches

@@ChurpieTv Sounds good, before this I played path of exile where more than 3 buttons is considered alot so getting used to all the keybinds has been kinda brutal lmao. Build feels really good tho, I just gotta practice more. Rn I can only do about 65k overall in a nokhud so I'm kind of in a weird spot where I feel like i'm holding my friends back when I join them for anything 18+, but then when I pug on my own the groups are so dogshit I don't feel like I get good practice in.

@@robotrock909 ahh i understand. I think you would probably benefit a lot from just going to slam the aoe target dummies somewhere and practicing your rotation while keeping blade flurry up and making sure youre keeping BtE up on whichever target youre hitting. Those 2 things are where a lot of rogue players struggle, among other palces as well. Get comfortable with the rotation so you dont need to stare at your action bars and it becomes second nature and that will allow you focus on other things, like frontals, kicks, avoidable damage in general, and maintaining close proximity to the mobs youre hitting. @@ChurpieTv Super helpful tyvm. Before I heard you stress the importance of having bte on your target in a previous video it wasn't something I was really thinking of like at all. So that tip alone as been a huge help in my awareness. I was getting pretty close to being able to do the rotation without thinking about it and then they changed it rip. Also I need to set up a mouse over interrupt because it feels like target switching to hit an interrupt then trying to switch back is where i'm losing the most dps.

@@robotrock909 yeah, mouse over kick is really useful - i personally just use a focus target kick and i set my focus target before i even go into a pull so i can kick the target without having to switch off my main target

@mohab18 its a dif addon - same utility, different execution. In my addon video i explain what i use it for and how it isnt 100% accurate rotation wise so it isnt good to fully rely on

you cant drop dancing steel - its the biggest dps increase we have on aoe

@@ChurpieTv also another question. I have a problem with dla. I have Good ilvl 401 rotation done Thanks to afenar and Now hekili and im always low dps. Even simulation shows me at 42 k on stationary fights. When there is lots of movement it drops to 20ish I have warched almost all guides read all and tried all and have no idea how to improve. Is there any coaching I could buy from you or someone other? Plz I’m perfectionist and I suck :(

@Churpie Oh ok. Watching your outlaw guide made me a better rogue. Im 389 and can burst about 90+k and sustain 45k.

Fth procs are lower prio correct- ideally u want to make sure you send your first shadowdance within your first adrenaline rush window, so if you have procs lasting 15 seconds into adren, still send shadow dance before it runs out to try to milk out extra rtb buffs

so i tried the sepsis build when FtH nerf happened, and it felt very medium. However, that was while still using greenskin instead of count the odds. It might be worth taking another look at again with sepsis + cto- ill give it a try again today or tomorrow, and if it goes well, ill post a video with it. If it doesn't feel good, i'll just leave it as is.

this build solves the energy starvation that comes with greenskin, improves the overall flow of your gameplay, and allows you more freedom to use defensives or stuns without needing to pool energy for it. as for keep it rolling, its fine to play it, but its not as competitive for m+ as this build is

crit>vers>mast>haste

Because the CoS ring is just not good except for on pure ST. You're much better off using a crit vers or crit mastery ring. You will get much more value out of either of those rings than you would with the CoS ring

never drop heavy hitter - too valuable to lose as ambush and pistol shot make up such a large % of our overall damage. While the extra buff duration and chance is nice for the feel of the spec, it is a pretty large dps loss to drop heavy hitter. On the other hand, i do have a 2cto build that i use for strictly ST (terros) which i parsed a 98 on last night even with imperfect play

@@ChurpieTv most players are playing without heavy hitter right now. I would say the way to go is x2 CTO and no heavy hitter for tyranical, and +1 heavy hitter +1 CTO in fortified
