Excellent video, i have a grain auger, raising it, lowering all works nice, it has 2 motors at the wheels to drive them, they go for about 5 minutes then stop, give it a bit time they go again, but kinna weak, any ideas? Thanks!!

My operating pressure is 50 to 100 bar then Yuken make which counterbalance valve should I use. 1.HCG-06-A4-2180(Pressure range 18 to 35 kgf/cm2) 2.HCG-06-B4-2180(Pressure range 35-70 kgf/cm2) 3.HCG-06-C4-2180(Pressure range 70-140 kgf/cm2)

Hi , I Need some help I have a hydraulic motor which rotates some spinning mass , what do I need for it to keep spining freely the mass after I switch off the hydraulic supply in motor . Right now it’s stopping suddenly . Thanks!

Hi, would a load holding valve be able to keep the cylinder rod down in place as a type of hydraulic lock system

Sir We have a problem that at the operation of grab air came in the cylinder and bucket not closing fully.after air bleed on the cylinder it work some hours and repeat the same issues.cylinder seal are changed and issues continue.may be it cause of counterbalance valve.if that means need to increase the setting.pls reply

Hi sorry to add to the list of questions. We have a new 8.5t doosan that bounces left to right when stopping on the slew. Any suggestions where to start troubleshooting? Thanks

Excellent video. How to know this will tighten clockwise or counterclockwise (if drawings/schematics are not available) ? Thanks for your excellent videos.

The best way to check is to refer to component data sheets, if unavailable - then wind the pressure adjustment fully in then fully out, this will dissipate the trapped pressure to the minimum setting of the cartridge fitted. Always follow procedure to ensure your safety.

County balance sheet holds missing persons vs. not missing persons balance sheets holds true increase dogs, snakes, alligators, commodo dragons...,ect. does the southern quadrant of our planet have anything to do with it I don't know about alot there make sure you are welcome though

I have a cylinder when placed under load will not lift. It seems like the fluid is bypassing . Do counter balance do this and how can I correct?

Thank for the great question Edgar, there could be multiple reason why a cylinder will not extend under load only. We will make the assumption that the cylinder in this system can normally move the load you are referring to. In order for the cylinder to extend, there must be greater force available on the piston in the cylinder then the forces pushing back against it. Most of these forces (pushing back) come from the load itself (the thing the cylinder is pushing) but some may come from pressure pushing back on the analysis end (rod end) of the cylinders piston. Since force is a byproduct of pressure, we need to look at why we would not have sufficient pressure available to extend the cylinder against the load or why there is too much pressure acting back in the rod side of the piston in the cylinder. Low system pressure, a bypassing cylinder, or a faulty counterbalance valve (if one is fitted on the rod side of the cylinder) could all be possibilities. Unfortunately, the fault finding of these components can be tricky and also extremely dangerous if you are not trained and experienced to do so. I would strongly advise seeking the help from a trained and competent professional. It will be safer and often less expensive than miss diagnosing the problem yourself. - Cheers Brock

I've got a 2400 Autocrane that won't boom in. It will continue to extend but will not retract. Is there a way to bypass the counter balance valve to retract it or reset it? It's an old model.

Could be an issue with directional control, The spool valve is stuck in the extend position due to contamination, same as the counterbalance valve getting blocked though that would not prevent the cylinder from retracting. You can try to clean and lubricate the valve, or replace it if necessary. The cylinder is damaged or leaking, causing a loss of hydraulic pressure. You can inspect the cylinder for cracks, dents, or leaks, and repair or replace it as needed. The hydraulic fluid is contaminated, low, or too viscous, affecting the flow and pressure of the system. You can check the fluid level and quality, and change it if needed. 1 Identify the problem and its symptoms. 2 Identify the type of system and components involved. 3 Check for obvious causes such as leaks, loose connections, or broken parts. 4 Check the pressure and flow of the hydraulic fluid using gauges or meters. 5 Check the operation of the valves and actuators using manual overrides or test equipment. 6 Isolate the faulty component or circuit using shutoff valves or plugs. 7 Repair or replace the faulty component or circuit. 8 Restore the system to normal operation and check for proper function. 9 Record the problem and its solution for future reference. 10 Perform preventive maintenance to avoid recurrence of the problem.

So this would cause a cilinder to drop not smooth like a bouncy boom.. if this valve is faulty!?
@CustomHydraulics
@CustomHydraulics 4 года назад
Bouncing action on a cylinder could be the result of a faulty valve, or the wrong pilot ratio selected for the load on the cylinder

pilot ratio used different cross section areas inside the valve to allow the vale to open at different pressure when connected to an internal or external pressure source
