So hard to believe that 2 weeks after making this video Ryan would be gone. Life is fragile and so precious, so always make sure you tell your loved ones how much you love them every chance you get. Mend those broken fences and rebuild those bridges that have been burned if at all possible because there are no guarantees of tomorrow. Thousands upon thousands of people die every single day, and eventually it hits home for all of us such as my father when I was 14 years. One minute he was fine, I had just talked with him and walked away, and literally 3 minutes later he was lying on the ground in a coma because of a brain aneurysm and died less than 48 hours later. In an instant the rest of my childhood was destroyed as was our family unit that we were so accustomed to and had taken for granted. Little did we know that on that morning when we all got out of bed and went about our daily routines, that it would be our last day together as a family. God what I would give to be able to turn back the hands of time so I could tell dad how much I loved him.

Here in San Diego the past few months they been nailing lots of fentanyl pills coming in looking like oxycodone.

I am SO glad I don’t have to worry about this anymore! Not taking pills is the best decision in the world.

Fentanyl im still having trouble steering clear from it.

I have a quick question, i'm just going into week 3 of cold turkey (150mg opiode daily) and i'm feeling better each day(sort of) I still have temperature issues, the runs and of course no sleep!...however I only really had a single night of depression (third night)..my question is: is it going to start out of no where? or should I just get on with life? the reason I ask is I have to go away for 5 nights, I just don't want to get caught out and suffer in a place I wont be comfortable?....your vids are great, there's really no other place to get the information you provide...thanks for doing this, it makes a difference!

I mate.......I'm having some trouble coming off of Methadone "surprise" right 😂.....I suffer with debilitating Anxiety and depression and it just seems impossible for me. I've heard of people being put to sleep for a couple of months have you heard of this process? What do you think of it? I did manage to do 37 days clean but couldn't sleep....it got to the point where i became very ill and i was a danger to myself....so ended up back on it. I don't use anymore but the methadone just seems impossible for me....to come off of in the environment I'm in and with this brain of mine lol
