I live in Canada and I am a literally 2 minute drive from the totality, and I'm about one hour away from Niagara Falls & Fort Erie which the first one was called the best place to view the eclipse in Canada and the latter is closer to the middle of the path of totality I think
@@omargoalzz lol, there is no "best place" to view the eclipse. you could be in a cow pasture and it would make no difference. if you are in the band of totality it doesnt matter. its a tourist trap to make money. also they declared emergency powers, i woudnt go there if you paid me.
To be honest its a big risk if all the national space agencies saying that it could blind you are correct. It might not be worth potentially blinding yourself.
