Was eerie hearing “ghost riders in the sky” during the final few performances. Such a shame it’s gone, will be 20 years next month :(

I try to tell people that the version of "Ghost Riders In The Sky" from this production is one of the best ever, but nobody believes me.

This was my favorite version of the Country Bear Jamboree.

I really miss the Country Bears at Disneyland. It's great Big Al, Liverlips, Wendell, and Shaker all came out of hibernation recently, but I wish they would talk Henry and the others out of hibernation and do a revival of the Country Bear Jamboree at Disneyland.

I can't believe this has been up for 3 years and I'm just NOW coming across it. It's very evident that you put a lot of effort to archive the show and I loved the close up shots that guests wouldn't have normally seen. As someone who grew up with show, and was completely devastated when I found it closed forever, I thank you for making this. I wish they could have moved it to a smaller building with one theater, like WDW's. Anyway, this is the best recording on RU-vid, it's surprising it's not first in the results. By the way, someone in charge at Disneyland is a Country Bears fan. They repainted the Teddi Barra Swinging Arcade sign and trimming the ivy around it. They had Bears concept art on construction walls and they've just added a new restroom sign with the skunk. Admittedly it's not much, but surprising for a show 2000's management thought no one would miss

It brings me many beautiful memories, when I visited Disneyland with my mother during the eighties in several ocassions we had a marvelous time, is like a dream come true and I remember this show in particular. Excellent recording, congratulations and thank you for sharing. 🤠

When I was really young (about 4) my grandma took me to Disney world. I remember being so scared of country bear jamboree that I’d cry and hide behind my grandma. Good memories I think!

The songs in this one are like WAY better than the show they play at Disney World. Over there it’s a snoozer. Never understood why they got rid of it at Disneyland and not there.

I miss this ride so much. It was one of my childhood favorites. Was so bummed when it was replaced by Winnie the Pooh.

disney keeps replacing "group experience" attractions with long queues and short rides on slow loading/unloading vehicles. the only ones left at disneyland are the enchanted tiki room and great moments with mr. lincoln. i bet if those weren't attractions personally installed by walt they would remove them too. we need more long form attractions,especially in the summer when it would be nice to relax in an air conditioned theater for 15-20 minutes and watch a show.

Liked this version more than Florida wish I can see it again.

Thought the sound was too good to be true. Did something similar with syncing the camera sound to the cd version of the music used for the fireworks at epcot.(Reflections of Earth) Its a lot of work for you especially with different camera shoots . Not many watchers will appreciate what you did. So many wobbly camera users. bad sound , badly framed, heads in the way. . I saw the show May 2016. filmed some pieces and did more of a compilation edit. But my sound was poor from the mic on my small HD camera. Thanks for writing back.

I’m actually really upset the iger organisation has been allowed to touch these. They should be a listed as a historic piece that can’t be fucked with. You know exactly what’s going to happen don’t you, they’re going to take all the original character and charm out of the attraction, put all the money into replacing the frames with electronic ones and not even bother about hiring the original actors (where they can) because they frankly don’t care about quality or continuity anymore. RIP country bear jamboree, I hope that 2 shower bob gets a backlash he rightfully deserves for destroying multiple Disney classic attractions. He will forever be remembered as the face of Disneys demise. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to book some TDL tickets before he finds a way to fuck with that too
