That house has serious problems on some of those walls with cracks to both sides of the room. Cause by movement. Does it have subsidence.

The owner, about 20 years ago, did some structural work without consulting an engineer...these are the results! consolidation work will start soon and maybe we at Manini will do it...I hope!

If it was renovated properly and the walls were not cracked ok but 2.2 millions is really not justified at all way over priced. Maggior renovations to be done plusd what you cant see. Unbelievable unreasonable price. Vaia vai 😅 Views awesome but thats it Feels like a trap property 😔

as explained in the video, restoration work will begin soon and includes structural work to remove the crack problem. Beyond that all the floors will be redone and the house will be repainted. Those who will buy this house will buy it fixed.

Pour 2 millions2 cela ne les vaut pas trop de travail de decorations refaire les salles de bains tous les murs car les couleurs sont moches les cuisines etc etc et il n'y a pas de piscine C'est beaucoup trop cher par rapport a d'autres proprietees de luxe .........Le proprietaire est beaucoup trop goumand ..😊
