Country rat vs 2" x1" mesh standard aviary panel mesh 

This is a test to see what rodents can get through the standard aviary mesh panels with a 2" x1" aperture. Chicken food was placed within the small cage in an area with a rat problem. over a 3 day period no rodent gained access. However small mice should still get within this cage. To keep out mice our smaller 1" x1/2 inch apeture is used.
