I love to watch you actually throwing off the metal out of your trailor at the junkyard. Every scrap you throw off is a piece that can be reused. I appreciate it not going into the tip/dump. You are amazing and a credit to human kind. :)

Poly when you stopped along the 100k road you should have taken your blue roller bin over and filled it up with the little bits then grabbed the big stuff , would have been less trips running across the road. You done good today like always lol cant wait for next video keep em coming . 👍🇬🇧🏴

I like the way you say good morning scrappers see what do we have here and was it waiting for me. I must say that you know the metals very well. Sometimes you bubble with excitement when you find somethings very special that you know you can either use yourself or resell it
Great to see you pick up some good stuff for resale, it's hard just doing scraping because of fuel costs, in NSW they have a bit of advantage on you guys in Victoria because of the can redemption cash
Since I discovered this channel I've not missed watching a single video and have even started watching the older ones as time permits. What's fascinating is many things, but especially Poly's stream of consciousness narration, which is always interesting. It's also nice to see how much doesn't go to the landfill too.

@@PolyProphet 6 hours to the cost of Calais , France and the with the ship to Dover, GB. And the 2 hours to London. But i dont like to drive with the Bus. 47 pupils, 3 teachers and 1 Bus driver. Its often so loud and smells Not fine. But the City is awesome
might sound crazy to you..... what about using an angle grinder with a cutting blade, or a porta-band and cutting anything 3-4-5mm thick down to a meter long to sell as insize to make over twice what you'd get for selling it long as just pressing? ....from someone who likes to cut metal, lol.... good luck and thanks for all your great vids and keeping stuff out of the landfill 🎉

Ten to twelve thousand dollars a month is a good amount but the work is very tiring... Take care of yourself and don't carry anything more than you can afford I wish you luck
They pay more for motors on their own. $1.15 per kilo was the last price I got. They weigh roughly 5-8kg. Otherwise the whole washer is 15c per kg for pressing steel.
I got knocked back from donating with a few bikes before because the chain was rusty or the tires weren’t pumped up. I’m weary of taking them just to get turned away. The good bikes usually get sold or given to the kids in my neighbourhood 👍

There’s multiple reasons why I might leave something behind. Main one I’d say is previous experience. I know for sure some things aren’t worth the time and effort. Everybody’s different though my bro 👍
