COUNTRY ROADS, RUAL ROUTES, AMAZON DELIVERY DRIVER DSP

Jut a nice drive out in the country delivering Amazon packages, I'm an Amazon Delivery Driver, my station is in Houston but about 1/3 of my routes are way out in the country about an hour and half away.
‪@FridayAdventureClub‬ Here's the rural route video you requested.
However, since recording this video, I have since been moved back into Houston. So instead of bitty dogs, lots of places with no address or house number not marked and "unnamed roads" the rabbit tells me to turn on, I'm back in the land of Apartments, businesses, compact residential areas, and sadly part of our new area includes Greenspoint, aka Gunpoint, a super unsavory part of Houston.
Yesterday we got our "PEAK" t-shirt for the upcoming PRIME 2 that starts today, Oct 10, 2230.

i know the struggles as a fedex courier in working these damn County/ rural routes..... the gps does give the most accurate directions and it definitely makes your time longer than it should be.

Nice I'm a DA from Michigan about 75% of the routes my DSP does are rural on average I have between 90-130 stops although last week I had a nice light 81 stop route. The rest of our routes are in the suburbs or smaller towns north of my city those average between 140-180

That's sort of similar to me here, about t1/3 are rural routes, the rest are in the suburbs. and yes, that's roughly the same amount of stops. It can vary depending on how far out I am going. Thank for watching the video, I appreciate it.

I work for a DSP in Fresno CA and my route is always country but I get like 120-160 stops😭

I used to live in Clovis :-). Amazon says the build routes based on time, not stop or packages. If that's true, then theoretically, the time it took me to drive one hour 30 minutes to my first stop, do 80 stops and then drive another hour and 30 minute back to the station is the same time it should take a different driver in the suburbs with 200 stops...... theoretically. Part of the problem is Amazon's Ai is monitoring how longe it takes for a route to be completed. Some drivers, run and are done in 4 hours. This incorrectly skews Amazon's AI into thinking that route can handle more stops or packages. It then applies that result to nearby routes also.

Its easy! The county roads could be drive by Corolla. In Brazil, this roads you need to drive a jeep renegade to run on thube bad streets.

I use a GoPro Hero 10 Black, with a head mount. I edit the videos on my MacBook Pro with iMovie.... I'm def not a pro lol. Thank for watching!

oh I should have clarified, this was recorded over a 3-day period. So in those 3 days I used a Mercedes Sprinter and a Ford Transit. Today I will be in the EDV so I'll be recording and today is a urban/suburban mix. SO higher package and stop count.
