Hey, my friend, you did a great job right there! You just forgot the peace treaty of Paris (1947). Since you are an Italian who loves history, can you tell me which is your opinion on Greece, France, Turkey and the UK? Thank you

This is quite weird in this situation. We invaded your Country without any reason in 1940. However I love so much Greece. P.S. probably our grandgrandfather weren't friend 😅
As an Italian, I’m happy that you didn’t make Italy switch sides like nothing after the Sicily invasion, but you showed what really happened: a bloody civil war! It was also well animated and historically accurate and precise! Good work!
They switches sides bro its just the germans rushed in italy to establish a puppet which no italian wanted, yall need to admit youre cowards someday, theres a reason why german troops saw you as that 😂
@@qe9573 Tell it to my grandpa who saw his parents die because other Italians killed them on the front. We didn’t switched side, we enstablished a coup because the Italian people were tired of the war and a civil war was inevitable; the other fascists did the right thing. Then the Germans attacked us to free Mussolini and so the civil war started, between north and south. We are nor cowards, because we kept fighting, and we realized that we were fighting on the wrong side because an asshole wanted to ripristinate the Roman Empire. Probably your nation would have done the same in those circumstances.
@@AndreaMauri-qb1bb So? You literally just proved my point. You betrayed the germans, so you're traitors. It's as simple as that. I really don't see why y'all Italians are always crying about this fact. In World War 1, you switches sides and betrayed the mutual defense alliance you had with the Germans and Austrians that you had signed before by defecting to the side of the Entente. You may say since it was a mutual defense agreement, they weren't required to because it was Austria who declared war on Serbia. Well guess what, it was Russia who declared war on Austria and France who declared war on Germany, and yet you became friends with France, the country that attacked the ally you were supposed to protect? And you still say you aren't traitors? That doesn't add up. It's comparable to Russia, who sworn to protect Serbia, didn't declare war on Austria after it attacked Serbia. That's treason and an act of cowardice. In World War 2, you also switched sides. After the Allied invasion of Sicily and subsequently the Italian peninsula, Italy was supposed to be liberated *because all Italians wanted to serve as a way for the Allies to go through to defeat Germany*. Read that again, if you will. Italians betrayed the Germans by throwing out the government and establishing one that was on the Allied side. The only reason the civil war came is because Germany, like I said (but you seem to not have read my comment at all and you probably won't read this one either, because you're an ignorant who won't accept the truth), rushed in to establish a puppet with Mussolini heading it which *no Italian wanted*, they were just forced to do so by the government. So it's millions of people against one person, who decide to betray their war ally and defect to the other side, even *helping them invade Italy*. That may be bravery, but it's also treason, you have to accept that.
@@qe9573 You may be right, but it’s not that simple. In WW1, the Entente promised Italy Trentino, Istria and Dalmatia; Italy accepted because the Austrian territorial promises were just Trentino and Corse. It might be a treason, but in war everybody makes treasons for their own good. Also, the Entente betrayed Italy in Paris, only giving it Istria and Trentino; many Italians, so, realized that it would have been better to join the Central Powers, but it was too late. In WW2, the new government declared neutrality, but then Germany invaded Italy, annexing Istria and South Tyrol, so technically Germany attacked the new government of Italy. You are right, on both point, but we didn’t do it like nothing and just like that. Also it’s not fault of the italian people, but of the government. So the Italian people aren’t cowards, they were just tired of the war and wanted peace. So, basically, Italy switched sides the first time for a promise that was then broken by the Americans, and in the second because the Italians were tired of fighting, so a peaceful deposition was better than a civil war, that we had anyway because of Hitler.
@@qe9573 So, you are right, but it’s not fault of the Italians. The first time the government switched sides for territorial promises, and that’s an act of avidity and cowardice, but many Italians didn’t even know that Italy was in an alliance with Germany and Austria, and when they were sent to the front in the Alps many didn’t even know who they were fighting. In in the second conflict, the Italians wanted neutrality, not to switch sides. We easily deposed Mussolini and declared neutrality, but Hitler invaded us to free Mussolini. So it’s not fault of the Italian people, and the Italian people aren’t cowards; our government just did what he thought it was the best for its people, in both cases, without caring at all about betraying their allies. Now, are we seriously discussing about something happened 80 years ago, in a really bad situation? I repeat, you are right but it’s not fault of the Italians, so the Italians aren’t cowards and treasonous, the government redid what it thought it would be the best for the country and for the people. Let’s end this nonsense quarrel because we are also disturbing the others in this comment section.
Today, God commands all men to repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that they will be saved from eternal judgment, and become children of God. God raised from the dead Christ who will judge every man, and you are among them. Thank goodness, Today you really have the opportunity to be totally forgiven and saved, sealed with the Holy Spirit if you have faith in Christ and repent from your sins by confessing them withoutapologies to God in the name of Jesus. To be a Christian means to follow Christ and be reconciled to the living and true God! This is the GREATEST privilege there is. And today I beg you, open your heart to Christ and have faith in Him alone! Salvation is a gift, it cannot be acquired by works or anything else, only by faith in Jesus. Eternity comes soon, and many, unfortunately, by rejecting Jesus, will not be saved, and will go to eternal torment. I beg you, be humble and repent today, seek God with all your heart!

As an Italian, I must say that you’ve made a very accurate job and the deep research and hard work on the creation and realisation of this video can be seen. Not even a lot of Italians know things you included, such as the armistice signed on September 3, 1943 (a lot of us think it was signed on Sep 8, while it was just published on that day), the Gothic line (actually, I didn’t know this one either and so thanks to you I learnt something new) and the existence of the CLN. And, since I’m a Triestine, I can tell you something about the history of the Free Territory of Trieste (FTT, 1947-1954). After Yugoslavia “liberated” Trieste and occupied it for 60 days, the UK and the USA and Yugoslavia decided to create a military government called the FTT (split into two zones: Zone A, Trieste, controlled by UK/USA, and Zone B, a part of Istria until Novigrad in Croatia, controlled by Yugoslavia). In 1954, the allies left Trieste and the FTT ceased to exist. But there are some fun facts: some “nostalgic” people nowadays want the FTT (ex Zone A) to come back, and some crazier people even want it to be part of Austria again. xD To conclude, it would have been cool to see also some countryballs of the two main parties of the 1950s-1990s (Communist Party and Christian Democracy), as well as some very known terroristic attacks by fascists and some of the struggle with Cosa Nostra (Sicilian Mafia), although I understand that it would have extended the video more and the work would have been more. Great video Bulgarian countryball! Keep up the good work! :) / Благодаря ти много! Здравейте от Триест, Италия!

As an Italian myself, this is awesome! This is extremely accurate, and it's not based on memes, but on actual historical facts! Keep it up, you're a great countryball animator!!
As an Italian, I am happy to see my story told without stereotypes. Many, who have only learned the story from memes, believe they live like in the Lord of the Rings, with the good guys totally "good" and honorable and the "bad guys" all vile and malignant. As my compatriot Machiavelli said, reality has many more nuances.
Thank you, even in a funny way, you were the only one who showed that Brazil participated in the second war 🇧🇷 I love your work, it keeps getting better
I loved your work. I'm italian and it's awesome that there's still someone from some other country who doesn't see italy just like pizza pasta and mandolino, but as a state which fought hard for its union and for the state we have now. Thank you so much
