County Leaders Get Firsthand Look at Snowplow Operator Training 

Snowplow Operator Training (SPOT) was showcased on the MN State Fairgrounds where county commissioners and other VIPs got a chance to drive a snowplow in safe conditions to learn what it is like to do the job.
