I think she likes it! The perpetual smile gave it away 🙂 The lady beautifully harmonizing with him is his wife. They've been married for some time now and compliment each other very well both vocally and it appears relationship wise. It's cool to see a spouse being involved in their partners successes.

Chris is a rare talent in that his live stuff is somehow better than the studio version no matter what song it is. If you want to see Chris really show off that voice check out his cover of "Man's World" by James Brown, he shows off there. If you want a flawless performance on every level check out him doing his song "Cold" on the CMA awards, if you want a beautiful, powerful love song I think his newest one "It takes a woman" is amazing and the lyrics he wrote in it are amazing. Chris is a special talent!

Chris never gets old for me, I have watched ALL reactions over and over some, probably a 100 times. You have to check out Chris at the CMA's or AMA's (not sure) singing "Cold" . Big production by the awards producers, but so amazing. His wife Morgane is pregnant here with twins. They have 5 children., married about 20 years.

Chris and his wife Morgane singing there on stage with him also did a beautiful version of I Hope You Dance for a live radio performance where you can listen to Morgane's gorgeous voice alone too. She was pregnant here with their twins, they now have 5 kids.

I don't know and have never met Chris, but my wife and a few friends went to high school with him and we live in his hometown of Paintsville Ky. I've never heard a single bad word about him from anyone ever. he seems to be as genuinely as good person as he is a singer & performer

He didn't write "Tennessee Whiskey", but he did write, "Cold" live at CMA awards; "White Horse" live at CMA's; "I Was Wrong" live at Austin City; he did a couple of great covers with his wife, "You Are My Sunshine" (really interesting take on this one); a cover of, "I Hope You Dance", live for St. Jude Children's benefit. All you have to do is type in his name on RU-vid and have a blast listening to his live performances. Have fun! Like your show! 😊
