I think there are many reasons why fans of smaller bands can be more rabid. Mainly we don't want them to stop doing what they are doing. Because there are fewer of us, we scream louder at the shows, heap praise upon them whenever we find outlets to do so, try to get as many people as possible to listen to them, buy their albums & merchandise & go to their shows whenever possible!! I drove from outside of Cincinnati, Ohio to Dallas last year to see Band Maid, and I'd do it again tomorrow if I could.

Yes, Band Maid's MV videos are good but I think they are an fantastic live band. Was lucky enough to catch them last year in NYC and even got a high 5 from MISA and Akane when they came off the stage. Can't wait until they come back around.

What is even more impressive is that they are writing their own songs and they are really close together, they are friends and not casted like most of the asian groups. Very talented and for me personally the best rockband today and i´ve see a lot in my life :) Nice you are enjoying it!
This is one song you expect to see in their setlist whenever they perform. This is their favorite song they like to perform live and yes I believe their friendship is real. Seen videos of them joking having fun they celebrates each other’s birthday with a cake and fan cams showing them having fun with the crowd and each other. Domination Live 2020 is well worth checking out even if you just did the MV. I heard of a tradition of 1 Band Maid in the morning to start your day with a big lasting smile and then 1 Lovebites in the afternoon for the power to kick the rest of the days ass.
Your comment on anime opening is timely. It’s the drummer Akane’s dream to have a band maid song be an anime opening and it’s actually finally happening when they release their new single “different” on December 2nd. They just haven’t announced which anime it will be for other than something coming in January...

They will be changing record labels in december with a new one called pony canyon. new single and new album. pony canyon is a record company that has many famous artists who did anime songs. pony canyon mainly do anime songs from artist. lets hoping band-maid do some openings for some shows.

This Band reminds me of the Anime K-On (girls having fun making music) Every member has real talent, and u dont see often a Band that has so much fun together, specially if u are into hard-rock. The drum solo, the transition into the guitar solo, the vocals, the basist killing it the whole time, what can I say, they are really good.
