This is the first time we see Nile paired up with someone who isn't super athletic, and it shows how frustrated he is and really, how difficult all these challenges are. Props to Anna for accepting to do this knowing she was gonna be the worst out of the pack, that takes guts. And she didn't do bad at all actually, her fitness style is just very much not gymnastics oriented 😅

@@TheMrvidfreak No I don't hahaha I assume she just goes to the gym and does some basic resistance training and probably some running, you know, the standard stuff that doesn't really involve coordination or flexibility like gymnastics :P

So many great moments in this!! Made me laugh so much. Anna kicking Nile in the head, Ash and Luke shouting and Jay and Jenna not to come down in plank, them catching Nile off the beam and totally leaving Anna and Jarvis just being amazing! Omg Nile and Anna were awesome. It’s so fun to see someone who isn’t a gymnast do these things because y’all make it so easy that I forget what insane athletes you guys are! Joanna is the closest to an non gymnast and she can casually do a backflip down a narrow hallway while trashed. That bar is HIGH.

For real! She's way stronger and has much more control over her body than before. I'd love to her her tackle the challenge of getting her first pull up, I think it would make for a cool series since she has quite the way to go. Getting my forst pull up took 2-3 months of obsessively training for it, but I'm a climber and way less bottom heavy.

@@millacabral9475 If you've never been able to do a pullup, its soooo fkn difficult to get progress, Getting better at something that you literally cant practice is a headache and a half. and since she is a girl and hold most of her weight below the waist it will be orders of magnitude more difficult.
