I don’t believe Kundalini is “evil” nor a devil of any kind. When I was turning 13 or so, I was introduced to Kundalini and I didn’t quite understand it, however I still attempted to practice it. I did so in secret, because my family was greatly religious and *spiritual things that were non-Christian were “the Devil” or the most negative sense of occultist*. I got “scared” away from practicing at the time (I was in middle school 2005, the internet wasn’t what it was today) because *the people who introduced it to me turned out to be not-good people*. I stayed away from all things spiritual until a car accident in November 2021. I started meditating again, and I revisited Kundalini practice. The things that felt scary didn’t come from Kundalini, it was my own traumas and truths that were scary. I had quite a lot of repressed traumas that I was not aware were traumas. One of them being a NDE November of 2020 that I had been denying (Novembers of 2020-2021 were rough). I’m also glad you two discussed mental health. I grew up in survival mode, suffered a moderate amount of abuse and tough love”, bullying and mental illnesses that went undiagnosed and untreated. I armored myself quite a lot, and I was not properly prepared before practicing. I’m lucky to have a support system that included someone trained in Kundalini, to guide me through what they could, from the position they were in. Not that it in itself is dangerous, but the emphasis on mental health being a factor was something I had not personally addressed. I apologize if this was too lengthy. 🙏🏾

Thnx for your quick response. Yes, i took initiation in reiki n after that i went through Shambhavi Deeksha from avdhoot baba shivanand ji . When i counsciously recite any manyra or breath through chakras , it seems something overpower me, a wave like phenomenon or jerk occurs. Sometimes i open my wide mouth towards sky, jerk in jaws are there. It happens only diring kriyas. Last year i stopped kriya becaz i am thought it may harm my body. Violent n involuntary jerks mainly in shoulder neck n mouth for 5 to 10 minutes , BANDHS stat on its own.lov n blessings for ur concern.
