Our nervous system reacts in so many ways. It’s all a little uncomfortable and then settles. I used to get nauseous with spinal twists. Doesn’t happen any more. Imagine yourself doing the cannon breath and in a few more practices it may settle.
It is good to see you again, Salimah! That's a nice haircut. I was going to do a short quickie session, then I saw the recent upload and thought I would take the time to treat myself to a long one. Ahhh...it was worth it. Thank you & Vanessa! Best wishes!
Oh I have heard of this kriya and have been wanting to try it! Yippee YAY! 😃🥳 So excited to try this for my new morning practice! Thank you so much for sharing, it looks wonderful!! ❤️😊
@@YogaVisionOnline I did it for the first time this morning! Loved it! And it was a good morning for it, because I was a little sluggish and tired this morning, and (as you said in the beginning of this video) it was one of those times I just didn’t feel like getting on my mat. Which I know is EXACTLY when I need to get on my mat! 😂 🧘 So glad I did as I really enjoyed this gentle but powerful practice. I will do my best to continue each morning for the 40 days! Thank you so much as always! 😊❤️
I had a very traumatic experience a few years back. I was having weird things happening all of a sudden because of that. Like my body shaking where i had to hold anything nearby or I'd fall, hallucinations, night terrors, absence seizures, short term memory loss. I was very sensitive and emotional during this time of my life. It lasted for about 2 years. It's not that bad anymore but i still have social anxiety and feel depressed from time to time. But life doesn't feel the same anym. I'm kind of dissociated from my surroundings. It's hard to connect with people and maintain relationships. I feel the need to protect myself form toxic people and keep them away. Life was better before. I was happier.
thank you salimah. i am looking for a kriya that will support me in clearing my aura. still not entirely sure what an aura is, but wondering if you think this practice would be helpful for that 💙
I tried this this morning followed by your “Yoga for Expansion” kriya! Wonderful combination to start the day!! ❤️ I am going to try this before your “Find Your Calm” practice too as I love to do that one before starting my work day. (LOL - you may recognize these statements because I also DM’d on your IG post this morning saying the same thing! 😂 I just like to share combos that work beautifully together for me in case it helps someone else. 😊)
My practice of Kundalini each morning is so transformative !! I Love it. Thank you. Could you please direct me your breaking the mask meditation. I did it once and now I cannot find it despite going through every video on your channel. 😆 thank you Salimah
it's demonic invitation. origin/ home-country practitioners who have received Jesus Christ & abide in the Holy Spirit confirm this. This is the only freedom from it.
Today I truly noticed how Yoga has transformed my life. Some bad things happened at the doctor's office and I started crying and just couldn't stop. Was hyperventilating and everything. I went outside and sat down on the ground, cross-legged. Immediately I started noticing myself getting calmer. I just started doing Yoga there, right next to the entrance and didn't even care what other people might be thinking (which is a huge problem for me, that I always worry about seeming "weird"). Within five minutes I had completely calmed down and stopped crying.
Tried it this afternoon. Absolutely love it and will be adding this to my routine. It's amazing how effective these simple techniques are . Thank you 🙏
We really liked this for our younger parts because they like to sing but feel self conscious so the chants were a way to sing to bring about peace and safety, and that actually helped us to focus better than when we sit for silent meditations. Very cool, thanks so much!
