Here's a big problem with the whole case , according to the Presidential Records Act the former President is only supposed to give his records to the Archivist at the Presidential Records Library and no one else , how is it then that a bunch of untrustworthy FBI and DOJ agents were allowed to see them ? Why did a judge authorize a search warrant for things that were possibly Top Secret , Classified or for the Presidents eyes only , that judge had no business doing that and in searching Trumps residence the FBI and DOJ broke more laws than anyone else ! Classified does not mean it's ok to see it if you're an FBI agent ! As far as Trump not being willing to hand the documents over to the DOJ , he wasn't allowed to do that according to the Presidential Records Act , it very clearly says the President shall give his records to the archivist , it doesn't mention anyone else !

The problem is the national archives has every folder categorized, with the ones that they deemed classified. The first time. All the ones that wete in trumps home were cleared by NA. There should of been no classified cover sheets in trumps home. You need to go to the NA and get there inventory sheets for the time they had and issue. The reason being if they had the items at NA office. The sheets at trumps place should match. Because the NA is the ones who gave Trump the files to let him have them. Just saying. My opinion!

What I don’t understand is why is it that everything seems to be like it’s the first time that it’s ever happened and we have not learned anything from past historical rulings my case and point we know that when evidence is tainted by the prosecution, they fail to maintain evidence retain of custody. They lose evidence whatever that gets thrown out immediately it’s not in question so why is this not the case now this party should’ve been thrown out and instead of having more arguments about, whether or not evidence exist, the prosecution is already admitted that they tainted the evidence that they destroyed the credibility of the evidence with that in the case why are they wasting tax dollars? Why are we wasting time trying to go after a president who did nothing wrong when we should be going after, other elected officials who did much worse, i.e. Biden, i.e. Clinton i.e. Pence who had classified documents with no rights under the constitution Trump was a president. He had to write to these documents and that’s been proven in court before with Bill Clinton’s case so again this makes no sense. This should’ve already been eliminated and finished.

So my question is? Who on the FBI raid team was authorized to handle the Classified Docs. If they are top secret etc.. what clearances did anyone of them have...if none have that top secret clearance. well we have another issue that would be a serious breach in and of itself.

Look, the DOJ, FBI, et al, all knew their actions were illegal, and they knew that eventually, it all would be overturned in the appeals courts. So it really offends me intellectually that they all seem so disgusted with the SC's findings.. It really galls me that it took so long to get these rulings, and much less than needed, way too late. That's what makes the agencies complicit in criminal activities, as rights were violated so long knowingly.
