il ne faut pas oublier que la wermacht est une armée pour la plupart de civil.la ss est une armée de professionnels avec une idéologie de dingue,donc ils devaient y avoir plus de viol de la part de la wermacht que de la ss. en plus les officiers allemand pouvait appliquer la sentence d'une punition immédiatement sans passer par un tribunal militaire.donc l'officier exécuté immédiatement le soldat responsable de viol.
