In Seminole County near Orlando I've been ordered 60 hours of community service for a driving on a suspended license misdemeanor I wasn't given the choice of where to do my hours the court assign me a location. I'd be willing to bet that due to some of the issues you're speaking of that's probably why Seminole County does it that way so far I've done 16 hours I plan to have them all done by next week

The judge specific order for my son were to complete his community service at a hospital trauma center. But I been calling several hospitals and seen to be they don provide that service's... any advice?
I had this same issue years ago on vehicular homicide case. It is possible. Apply to volunteer at hospitals near you. If you are denied. Set a hearing with judge and bring proof of the denial s and judge can modify the conditions. Apply to all hospital near you.
