Gentleman Jimmy. A cricketer I always admired. Good batsman, brilliant fielder, occcasional wicket keeper and picked up wickets with his left arm spin. Very versatile and able cricketer.

I remembered this match. We were all flocked around the radio on tenterhooks everytime Walsh had to face.

Two of my favourite cricketers. It was my pleasure to watch Courtney bat. He entertained you though he was not a batsman.Never got tired of watching test match then.
