The tone quality of this instrument really appeals to me. Coincidentally, I am in Paris, France right now, and in planning the trip, I was hoping to visit the Courtois facilities here, only to be reminded the production of their trombones has been moved to Germany. Regardless of where they are made, I look forward to trying out one of these instruments some day.
I absolutely agree; it played beautifully on the Bozza but I would have to really work to get enough projection out of it for large ensemble settings...
I've always love the sound of the Courtois trombones, I was wandering what where the differences between this and there new Legend 420 series, specially now that they've change there entire production to Germany.
