Absolutely loved this. Although i would like to mention one mistake which young batters do is that they sometimes drag their backfoot on the point of contact. How to fix that? Please elaborate.

It cant be fixed but it can be reduced, it happens by itself and happens because the bat swing drags the body forward. If your trying to fix it they won't have a good swing with the bat. But if it is draging *alot* then tell them to keep thier toe ( *not the whole foot* ) grounded to reduce it, OR tell them not take huge strides

Can you make a video on how to maintain agility and energy during the game. Lot of the times players are not able to fully deliver due to lack of energy while on the field. They get injured during the game mainly due to a hamstring pull or stiffness in muscles. Any advise on nutrition, stretch exercise during the game or at breaks and short drills just before they go to bat or bowl. Also how to avoid body aches / sore muscles after the game?
