I like to think that the guy in the way back of the hallway at 1:30 wasn't expecting this to be going on, heard the music, and it being his jam decided to join in.
HAHA, that guy is a rockstar loved the way he came running down the hall way to join the band. He made this video more amazing that it was before. Thanks for SHARING
@Stellvia Heonheim they are alive ಠಗಠ John and George died Please edit something in the comment because you probably bringing more triggered beatlemania
Imagine being in a hospital bed, and hearing this in the hallway. I don’t care if I had just been diagnosed with 20 fatal diseases, I’d still be jammin.
Paul McCartney doesn't write write songs to make you think he is cool. He writes songs to share his human emotions with you. This one is joy. Tell us you don't like it, when you see this bunch of blokes who get it, are loving life and are experiencing joy, if -YOU- have a need to look cool.
I didn't know Notch could sing this well. edit, more than a year after I posted this: I know it's not Notch. Bart looks similar to Notch here, you can't deny it. It's not comparing, nothing about their takes or actions, jeez. Pretty stupid that I have to make this edit...
@@evanistephani Well some cops came to stop the beatles performing on THEIR ROOFTOP because of the traffic it was causing but they did chill to some music before they ended it
When I tell people that this song has a special place in my heart many of them can’t relate. In fact they hate it for being too goofy or something. I love it.
I’m sitting here at home during Covid-19. I’m a freshman in college. This video always makes me so happy every time I watch it, just seeing the joy and energy and togetherness of singing this song. I know we’ll go back to being able to be this close together someday in the hopefully near future. I’m excited to be able to see everyone I love again and give them all big hugs. Anyone who sees this comment during the quarentine/lockdown- please stay hopeful, this won’t last forever and soon enough things will be back to the way they used to be. Stay safe, everyone ❤️ (Just wanted to make a comment to pinpoint a moment in time and the things I am thinking & feeling at this moment)
I feel ya being a freshman as well my major have some big changes and event even before covid-19 hit one is knowing that my major will be transferred to another university because the hire ups could not come to an agreement on money so they just kick us out. Then covid-19 hits one of the senior who work and study in close proximity to us almost got it bringing my uni to one of the first university that have to be lock down. Somehow hearing this song really helps brighten my day.
Oh my god, that is a huge hallway. I love how people in the background just joined in sometimes, lol. Great. I literally grew up on The Beatles. I don’t know why this was put in my recommended at this time, but I’m not disappointed.
I was looking for music from the Beatles while I organized some files. Suddenly this video popped up on my recommendations. I’m so glad RU-vid suggested it.
Imagine you’re in a horror movie and this slowly creeps toward you in the hallway. You turn and see them in the other hallway. All hallways have crowds singing Obladi Oblada and they’re slowly creeping towards you.
Im Korean. I know you people in pain. Someday everything will be ok like this song. I pray for all of you. Even though I have no religion. Life goes on!
I may not be particularly religious, but I have a lot of respect for musicians whose faith helps them see the bright side of life. They see the good in all people and it makes stuff like this feel even more joyous and almost reassuring.
Something about this makes me feel so nostalgic.. I was only 15/16 in 2011 but this captures the vibe of the era perfectly... just before smart phones really took over and people still knew how to make fun with what little technology there was, when we could laugh and be together without people being distracted every 5 minutes... before life got that little bit harder for us all
I am 52 years old this song reminds me of lots of memories specially my school life. The way you guys sang the song I feel like young again. Thank you guys for the beautiful song. And I laughed after a long long time when your moustache came out. Thank you again
I just imagined walking down the hallway in School and hear this crowd more and more and then i see them in front of me everyone dead sight just looking in one direction and singing it made me fucking crack lmao
@@jpungello I think you're referring to when in the final verse they swap Molly & Desmond's roles around and sing "Molly lets the children lend a hand/Desmond stays at home and does his pretty face". Although technically that isn't what McCartney originally intended on singing, it's actually what was sung on the original recording - McCartney fluffed his line but the other members told him to keep it that way (apparently to annoy all the people trying to find hidden meanings in every single Beatles song).
Dear MercyMe and fellow fans, It must be 18 years ago, when I was shopping in a thrift store near home, and I came across "Mr Lovewell" on CD, and I took it home and loved. It. I think your material is amazing, and as a Catholic, I am always open to hearing new CCM that is Godly and inspiring and gets my blood pumping. Thank you for 18 years of bliss and peace!
Need more songs done like this!!!! This is just plain fun and entertaining to watch!! It's pure.. Honest .. And the way music was meant to be.. Real life... Raw... Happy Healing.. I can go on forever!!! Its love in a very special way.. Trusting of each other within in the group.. It's not easy to sing and perform like that with everyone watching each other... I can play the guitar and the keyboard.. Come on.. lets have a music party!! Who's with me??!!
Dude if you want to have a good time listen to some skapunk; less than jake, goldfinger, the planet smashers, the aquabats, the toasters.... they got me trough some tough times
This video has been a source of happiness for me whenever I feel down for many years now. The smiles and the genuine joy of everyone in this video makes my heart feel so much lighter in any dark time I've had. Thank you for creating music together and allowing me to join along!
Phhh, its been stuck in my head since I was six, when I lived in oregon for about a year. We would play the album whenever we were in the car for a bit. Now im 14. Still starting singing it every now and then.
