Covid Took My Mom 

I can't help it, but every time I watch that judge's rulings, I can't hold back my tears. That man has such a big heart! Completely in line with my attitude.

The judge always kind like always, RIP for her mom , she’s blessed to have such good friends too .

My mom and I don't always get along but I cried for this woman who lost her mom. Mom taught her well she is not trying to get out of the tickets and taking responsibility

No one is talking about the nice friend who was with her and comforting her.

Rest in Peace to her beloved mum. Never met a judge so warm hearted and helpful. Reduced me to tears and you could tell she wanted to cry, but she stayed strong. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

There are many of us who have been affected by CoVid. Reach out and make sure you get the support you need. It's not just any kind of death, CoVid. It's a terrible way to go, and I feel so much for this lady. Blessings to Judge Caprio for being his usual compassionate self. Let's all try to emulate him. Instead of saying we need more like him, let's try to BE more like him.

I completely understand where she is coming from with the loss of her mother. I am still grieving the loss of my own mother. Only a great deal of time will help ease the pain. I am European, I have seen many videos of this wonderful judge. But there is something that surprises me a lot: lawsuits for running a red light or for parking the car wrong? Here that does not happen. Here, if you commit these traffic offenses and do not pay them, they withdraw the amount directly from your bank account, plus a surcharge, and they can also withdraw points from your driving license, depending on the frequency of the offenses and their seriousness: if they withdraw you 14 points will withdraw your license. It is very traumatic for me that they can summon you in court only for such minor offenses. They are administrative offenses, not judicial, unless an accident or damage is caused. I've seen one such video where a man was terrified by the consequences of his "crime," anxiously asking the judge if he would go to jail or come back to his house. In my opinion this can create psychological problems, even anxiety attacks with unforeseen results. In another order of things, this judge is admirable. I wish all judges were like him. His empathy is incredible, his closeness and his ability to interact with the accused. Chapeau!

She had her main inspiration removed by The Vid. She's not drifting by much but having Judge Caprio recognize her individuality by asking for the "respondent" to provide evidence of clarity is possibly such a major event in her life! I would cheer for her in person if I could, and thanks to Judge Caprio for being a sounding board in this case.

When it seems like the good in the world is gone I come here to expose myself to some of good in the world that does exist.
