Rosie, I literally NEVER comment on RU-vid videos, but you had me tearing up when you were talking about importer syndrome. I'm also in my final year of PhD, writing my thesis and that was so relatable. So, I'm saying this as much to you as myself, YOU GOT THIS BABE! I know deep down you know you're not an imposter and I hope you're able to remind yourself of that whenever you feel that way. Seeing you make even small bits of progress on edits has me motivated to return to my document now and keep writing. Solidarity to you sister and can't wait to see you in the PhD cap and gown! ❤
Fellow PhD here, finished mine in 2021. So freaking relatable. I remember feeling the exact same way. Just wanting it to be over but feeling like it would never end. You got this. Keep persevering. So proud!!
Oh Rosie ❤️ the write up of a PhD is soul destroying! I did mine during Covid whilst working full time and it did break me. The only advice, and you already know this, is one small step everyday - keep going! You know enough, and if you don’t know something you’ll figure it out, you didn’t know any of this info when you started. It is shit, it does suck, it will hurt, but you will get it done. Xxx
Thanks for the very real vlog! You are an awesome person Rosie. Thanks for these uploads which makes my day. Speedy recovery from COVID and all the very best with those edits! You got this girl!
Rosie you are absolutely beautiful. Love your vlogs and thank you for sharing some of your life with us. Glad you’re feeling better. Enjoy your Perth trip. 💐💕
You should try some NAC if it's the type that affects the lungs. Clears out all the mucus because it thins it so you can cough it all out. Was great for me.
If your not well and tired take some rest. It's really hard feeling overwhelmed. I literally don't think when I have to write. Try to approach it as if your helping someone else.😊
Hi Rosie :) Would be amazinggg if you could share more about fragrance free skincare - I am allergic to Balsam of Peru so all fragrance - and it's been SO hard to find things that are fragrance free but high quality! ps. wishing you strength for finishing your PhD you got this!!!
Hi Rosie! You're such a trooper for working while sick, it's so hard to do those big brain tasks 🥲 About tret, labmuffin beauty science and Dr. Drays day have some great advice for reducing irritation. I've been applying mine for 30 min every second day and washing it off afterwards. It's supposed to be enough time to let your skin absorb some tret without the major dryness of leaving it on all night. It's also a good way to get back into it without mad dryness. That shiz ruins make up so bad and looks extra crusty 😭
