When did they tear it down? I remember bowling there in '80 and stopping in for a few bites at the coffee shop around the same time.

I lived below Saint Lucy's, big time orange fights, might have hit a cop car or two. My Pop's was Glendora then Azusa P.D.

Way to capture the historical colonized periods of Covina! However, I must ask how come the Tongva Native Americans weren't included in this? This was originally their land until white settlers moved in, pushed them out, and started growing the orange groves. I think it is only right to include and acknowledge them as part of the history of the land of Covina. -(Fellow Covina Resident)

Being a Yurok Native American & Native Covinian 1955, I'll create the films I'm moved to do. You feel the need, go ahead you and the Tongva tribe, can make your own film. Really the nerve.

Wow! Still in Covina? Love it Rochelle, I come to town from time to time, hit Northwood's (cheese bread fix) Covina park drive by, my schools are gone, Fairvalley & Eva D... Glendora from 8th grade on..It was some transition moving to Glendora 90210, stuck up rich kids, climbing the social ladder there was a Mugs game, thank God I was a good athlete, a short cut into the 'In Crowd' .Charter Oak had the cutest girls fersure..Thanks for the memory avalanche R....
