This is amazing because that is by far the BEST looking surstromming I've ever seen anyone eat. The other times I've seen it the can is like bulging like crazy from all the gasses from the rotting fish and the liquid is a disgusting milky pink color and when you pop the can open it squirts the juice all over the place. Someone send them one of those cans!
