Not true, Coop was slated to make $20 mil AAV and Gallup is only making $12 mil AAV.

Complete BS! They saved 11.5 M in cap space this year (most important) & they will pay 15.5 M less over the next two, but nice try. Cooper was NEVER going to be on this team at 20 M in '22. We knew that 2 years ago. They were never married to Cooper, and they aren't to Gallup either. These were both 2-year deals.

@@iseetreesofgreen3367 Every team knew Dallas was cutting him if he didn't take a pay cut. They've known for at least a year. I said it two years ago. Nobody wants him at 20 M per, & he wasn't willing to restructure to stay.

I haven't seen a single surprise this off season other than just how much Gregory got. Everything else has gone as pretty much as expected. The response above is exactly what every Cowboy fan who never even bothers contracts or caps sounds like.

Just realized that Cleveland now gets to watch Deshaun Watson throw to Amari Cooper. Too bad they couldn't secure Landry yet, but despite the Browns being the Browns, they've definitely made some moves this offseason. Broncos, Raiders, and Browns going places. Can't say the same for the Packers, Cowboys, or Seahawks though...
