I literally was complaining to a friend begging the Eagles not to trade back because I had to stay up. We really lucked up. I actually think it was a good pick. Cousins is guaranteed $100M over the next two years,which is now market rate, and by then your future QB will be ready to play and they can cut, trade, or put cousin on a back up QB contract. In the meantime Robinson, your TE and a few other guys will have a functional QB

Cowboys draft o-line in the first like every 3 years. It's honestly commendable; O-line needs constant maintenance to make sure it doesn't go bad, and it can go bad in a hurry. It's a boring pick, but it means the Cowboys line should remain stable. Honestly it's something that frustrates me about my Giants (Note, I love Nabers), because our line gets REALLY BAD, then we have to spend a few years making it okay again, as opposed to what the Cowboys do and eat their veggies every now and then with a boring pick to make sure their line remains fine year-after-year.

Ya the cowboys taking the 9th best tackle instead of best available player as a niners fan is awesome. The only thing that would have been better is if the damn niners didn’t reach for a need either. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th best secondary players were available surprised both the cowboys and niners passed on them.

GM’s who get paid millions of dollars to know who’s better passed on him and picked 6 tackles before him and 2 other linemen so no shade at u but he was the 7th best tackle and the 9th best offensive lineman.
