This team doesn't deserve fans like us to support them! This is sports most valued franchise!? We need to stop supporting this team. Don't buy merchandise, don't buy tickets! Hurt the Jones family in their pockets because they obviously don't care about their fans broken hearts, year after year. If McCarthy, Quinn and Dak are still here next year I no longer support them and you shouldn't either.

McCarthy wasn’t brought here to go 12-5. McCarthy was brought here to go 12-5 and advance deep into the playoffs. That was the whole reason of bringing him in was to get us to a title game

I totally believe that the coaching and the team felt that we haven’t lost at home and we are playing the 7th seed and came in overconfident. We totally got out coached and out played on both sides of the ball.

If this front office dont make a change, they have no backbone. That means they are content going 12-5 and doing nothing in the playoffs. Thats exactly what keeping these coaches would mean. This isnt a 2 seed team. Dallas was gifted a 2 seed.

Sadly, its not just McCarthy. We have an aging O line, with an overpaid young guy in Terrance Steele, who CRAPPED the bed the entire year. Our D line still cant handle the run, and our LBs arent good against it either. Daron Bland, as sexy as the INTs look, could and was had in games. I think Green Bay dissected that Seattle game, and did a lot of the same things to us. Our secondary was BAD, and the safety group SUCKED yesterday. As bad as Dak was, it wasnt all his fault either. Had we played great D, and lost a close one based soley on Daks mistakes, and lack of running game, id feel SO much better. We were exposed in A LOT of areas yesterday, and thats scary, because that blow out wasnt just coaching, nor was it just one player.

Fire McCarthy and Dan Q. Did Cowboys not know they were gonna try to shut down CD? Forcing the ball to him just to get picked off is bad coaching. Running zone on Defense 90% of the time is insane. We made Doub look MVP.

My opinion on why dallas lost is A. They changed up from a man to man defense to a zone defense and once they picked it apart , they didn't adjust back to man to man like they should have and B. The offensive game plan was run heavy when that's not what dallas does best , Mccarthy got stubborn and was determined to run the ball even though it was not working ....we already knew the run game was a big problem going in to the playoffs .... there was no reason for the game plan to suck that bad on both sides of the ball ...dallas defense s ucks playing zone

It starts with the Jones’s. Who’s the face of the Chiefs? Who was the face of the Patriots? When the Giants won who was the face of the franchise? With Dallas it’s the father and son. Not the coach. You hardly ever see other owners in tv or in the locker room or I’m the radio. They care about marketing the team not lifting a trophy.

Game planning was definitely an issue, but personnel is the biggest issue. Particularly, run defense personnel. Poor DL play, no LB depth, players played out of position.

its not about preparation and details. The issue is performance under fire. It's the makeup of the individual player. - You can't make a horse drink. - You can't predict how a well-trained soldier will perform under fire. changing staff is like changing deck chairs on the titanic. I understand changing leadership after a bad season to reset the room. But what we need is a dictator that will let these players know what it's like to starve. Someone who will help them focus away from all the distractions that Jerry puts in front of them. Someone who tells them they are football players - not a body to put in place of a HOF player's famous number. So many distractions in this org...it's heart breaking to see every year.

we really won 10 games. Detroit and Seattle should have been losses. So then look at the last 8 games: 5 losses vs 3 wins, two of which were carolina and washington (plus a flailing Philly). Losses against legit teams. It was all smoke and mirrors.

Guys I think we all know the answer. It's both. We have to make a change at both. There are QBs in their first couple years already surpassing Dak, and McCarthy can't compete with the top coaches today. This is the ceiling for the current iteration of the Cowboys, time to make a change.

Only people I would keep from this whole thing is Anger, McClay, Tyler Smith, and AL Harris. Literally everyone else can go. Everyone.

O-line needed to be addressed last offseason and was not.

Everyone is arguing the wrong issue. I've been saying since 1996, as long as Jerry Jones is still the GM, it doesn't matter who the coach is. They will never win another SB with Jerry as GM. Because the players are playing for Jerry, not the head coach. If players can circumvent the HC to get to Jerry, then the coach can't implement his game plan because the players don't respect the HC. So all the talent in the world doesn't matter as long. That's why this team is not built for the post-season. It's built for 12 wins, but they don't have the discipline to win in the post-season because they don't respect the head coach. Imagine being a sales manager, and your sales team is permitted to go around you to get to your manager, and your manager supports the player instead of you. That is the Dallas Cowboys.

12 games is easier now that seasons are 17 games long . In 16 games , this year, Dallas won 11. In 2021 Dallas was also 11-5, after 16 games, and got the 12th win on the 17th game. So two of the three “yay I have 12 wins!” seasons for McCarthy were due to that extra 17th game. Otherwise , if we just look at the first 16 games of each season, Dallas went 11-5 , 12-4 , 11 -5. So let’s stop with the “first time in team history we won 12 games three years in a row !” garbage.

It's hard to say fire Mike with the success he's given us, compared to Jason Garrett. But he definitely seems to have a ceiling. Guys dq been doing this all year but fox had an endzone replay that made me barf. Our d line slanting flat with zero penetration. And our 400 pound nose slatnting 2 gaps in the direction of the o line zone blocking scheme. And his a$& ending up past the hashes near the numbers with all lbers over persuing. They cut off the back side end and the running back easily bends it in A gap where so called nose started. And off to the races. Whats the purpose of running a nose scheme with fat noses if you are going to slant them that far. Penetrate plug and disrupt the blocking schemes. Draw double teams. Other 10 go tackle and cover. Quinn pick up your check and go.

You can’t bring Dak back with a new coach. Dak is the pilot that gets rattled. The passengers take on the mindset as the pilot. There’s a reason real pilots are subject to mental evaluations monthly. Dak is a great guy but not a pilot. He was visibly shaken after the first pick which led to the second one. In his head he was disoriented. I don’t think most understand the pychy of mistakes and error. If he were flying a plane yesterday there would have been a crash.

I disagree there's nothing broken with the offense. Almost every game during the season they needed the defense to help them. The games that the defense didn't show up they struggled on offense.

I have been a fan since 1965...Almost 60 years. I remember Bob Lily, Don Meredith, Bob Hayes, Don Perkins and all the other Cowboy greats over the years.I remember the Ice Bowl. I was at the Leon Lett Thanksgiving day Horror Show. This is the GREATEST EMBARRASSMENT if have ever witnessed and there have been many. Not that they lost, but that they got DESTROYED by the Packers. Don't blame Dak. The effing defense could not make a single play when the game mattered. They couldn't rush. they couldn't cover, they couldn't stop the run, they took their usual stupid penalties as well. Y'all can go after anybody or any group you want but they all sucked this year. The Packers were able to dominate the line of scrimmage on D with 4 lineman while our usual scrub oline gave up pressure and could not run block when it mattered.(early in the game). They took CeeDee out of the game with the other 7 on D and the coaches had no answer. The entire coaching staff sucks and I don't care if they all get fired or leave (Dan Quinn). But to me the biggest constant in all the Cowboys failure since the 90's is JERRY JONES... He is an egotistical know nothing owner that thinks he can make decisions on players and coaches and he can't. His record speaks for itself. Year after year he fails to fill the needs of the team and makes bonehead move after bonehead move. he needed to replace Van der Eshe 2 years ago and failed. He needed to address the Oline issues for a few years now and failed.He insists on sticking with broken down players that never could win the big game. The o-line and D-line need to be made over. We need two coordinators one for a running game and another for passing the game. The most important thing is discipline , you do not have to yell at a player, But have to show them.

Here’s the truth, Isaiah Stanback said Dan Quinn had the defense in cover 3, which they had not used all year!! He did that because Stanback says, in cover 3 it’s a zone, and your corner doesn’t have to tackle as much. Hence Gilmores injury, Gilly should have not been on the field.

But once the team,city, and everyone stop treating these athletes (Dallas) as if their already champs. Dak just isn’t an elite talent or football mind. Football isn’t his life like it is to a Brady or Mahomes; it’s just a job to Dak. Despite that, you can win a Super Bowl with Dak, but he literally and utterly CANT be paid $40+ mil a year because he NEEDS a near perfect oline, weapons, and defense to win. If he restructures for anything more than $30 mil, we will never win anything with him.

Since Jones is not going to sell them team, we need to rebuild around the core players. We need a new younger coach. We need a new QB. Prescott was a 4th round draft pick for a reason. New RB. I look around the league and see the younger coach's coming in, rebuilding their teams and being competitive. Look at the 49ers, Dolphins, Lions, etc. We might miss the playoffs the next couple of years but that would be better then what we have.
