Truth be told Zeke last yr with a "nobody's scared of Mac Jones"... A lesser Oline than what Pollard had... A 4-13 recoed team... With 51% of the rushes and 300+ receiving yards... Yet he accounted for the vast majority of the rushing productivity With that said No way Zeke's gonna be expected to be the lone feature back here I just don't see even the Joneses being THAT asinine 😮 They simply realize 12 redzone TDs... And making 1st downs when 1st contact occurred in the backfield was never replaced If zeke can give us 8-9 redzone short yardage TDs with 600 yards rushing... That'll be effective enough for him

I've got a feeling there will be running backs available come training camp. There were some teams that already had a good back and drafted 1-2 rb's in this draft . I could be wrong, but they can't keep everyone, can they.

Zeke brings toughness, experience, football knowledge of this offense, and locker room leadership. He will be very close to 1000 combined yards. Chad don't know sh*t about the importance of a run game in the playoffs

Tom Downey Running back is the easiest and cheapest position to replace . I agree with the Cowboys draft strategy to get offensive and defensive line beef before they decide to address the RB position. please tell me why the Cowboys should of addressed the RB position in the draft. You need players to block before you can run .

Cuz you didn't need an Edge rusher in Round 2... There were actually some really good Edges in Rounds 6 n 7. It was clear before the Draft started that the Top 20 Rb's would be coming off the board in Rounds 4 &5. Round 1 needed a Center.. Rounds 2 &3 Linebacker and Def Tackle.. You then had 4 & 5 .. to grab another Of lineman and RB. That would have been a very solid gameplan. Jerry loves fxxxxxking up Round 2 .. Last year he did it with a TE with a messed up foot.

@@OmahaSand lol what edge rushers pan out in the league that come from the 6th and 7th round ??? Qb has a higher hit rate than that position . Also they got a second round center in the third . And no tackle of the caliber they took in the first was remotely available in the later rounds . They should’ve drafted Rb last year and they should’ve signed Zach moss for 4 mil this year but instead Jerry cares about selling jerseys and signed the worst running back in football

@@jvarnado Myles Cole /Texas Tech and Eric Watts/ UConn were late round Edge players who could have contributed this year.. You needed an RB worse than a Edge.. Draft was entered w Rico and Freeman .. a 6 yds/carry Top 25 NCAA/RB would have firmed up the room immediately. Nobody said you had to get a 9 year starter in the 6th/7th .. Just a hitter who could do work for at least a few years. The average NFL player only stays in the League 3 years... figure it out.

Israel Abanikanda .. RB/Pitt .. He's only 1 year in the League and what the RB room needs is young legs.. (that are taller than 5ft 5 ) Rico 4.1/yds carry ... Freeman 4.0/yds carry .. plus a 22-23 yr old prototypical NCAA Top 25 kinda RB. I'm cutting Zeke and Deuce Vaughn so send them a nice Gift Basket and some well wishes.

Look at the teams who went deep in the post season,all had good run games,now I wouldn't have stayed a RB in the first 2 RDs.but rd.3-5 there were good ones available my fav.was Brailon Allen , Wisconsin he has size 6"1" 238 lbs ran a 4.5 and behind this O Line he would have been a 1200 yds RB,,I'm not big on Dowdle I actually prefer Malik Davis or Freeman,and as far as Zeke goes,he if he avg 2 yds per carry and 300 for the season that would be a lot,as far as Mazi goes,remember Taco Charlton,and we must resign Gilmore

What I think is, which player is better the running back or LB. Pick whoever is better. A great LB can give 2-3 extra possessions and running back extends drives perhaps, so it’s really 50/50 And for the Love of God NEVER TRADE LAMB HE IS A JERRY RICE IN TRAINING!

First, the giraffe was it was a deep plus at best if you add Lance, maybe bumps of pussy but that’s it tackle. They could treat it to one more time and still God the defensive and really was not something they had to get the center just like tackle it is hard to move positions from the right side of the field is power the left the speed so we’ll see how he transitions there in the center position. You have to be the center of everything you have to know only be able to block, but you got you gotta make the right calls with the office line. You are the captain, the quarterback, the ace of that of that position, and that was not a good decision there when it comes to Peyton Wilson my belief is I rather look at the future. I just look at it now and in my opinion, I think Peyton Wilson three years now will look back at he will be an all pro with the middle like we will be lucky if he’s a middle of the road You didn’t tackle like you did. I think I do like Jordan with that second the last pic of the draft because I think he could develop into the big tackle that we need as a rotation piece of that position, but we’ll see. I am not a huge fan of this strap I think Too much to do the same thing in 2009 and we saw what happened there second time in the first round and they should’ve traded down the second round if they did that they could’ve got a lot more pics and got better players than they got draft riceas well, but they decided to go with that other receiver who we probably will cut anyway, and I think the Chargers

The offensive line is why Zeke yards per carry decrease which got him cut. The last three years our line has been worse than they were leading on to be. They were losing their one on one battles in many games,this includes all pros Martin , Smith both who are long in the tooth and overrated for the last few years. We need a new O line.
