Period. especially when you get around the age of 22 and having 6 years at least of work experience and it bothers you to know that some people don't want to be your friend or don't care to socialize with you , or if you even think that you have friends ,then you are ignorant as hell. I never cared to have friends at the age of 15 , I'm 39 now and , don't care even more . The less people you talk to and deal with the better
If you’re a quiet and introverted person, people will think you’re an asshole and put a target on your back. If you’re a hard worker and perform better than your coworkers, that creates resentment and also puts a target on your back. Fuck them coworkers and the managers. No point in going above and beyond for them and being too friendly
Warehouse jobs are literally the bottom of the barrel. There is no barrier to entry. Anyone can get a job in a warehouse, including convicted felons and pedophiles.
Whatver you do, never resort to violence because no matter how tough they act, they will press charges on you and you will catch a case. If you know you're getting to that point then find another job.
Self-defense is always legally justified, but by that point, the place has proven itself toxic, and you're most likely going to get fired no matter how justified you are. You need to be running for the hills long before it gets to that point. Lol.

@@GoldenChild88888This is why I don't fk with blk men like that cause most of em are too big on respect especially when u're dealing with convicted felons who have been to prison. Any little thing u do that easily offends them will automatically come across as disrespectful to them especially if u don't talk to em. I just keep ignoring em as much as possible.
Coworkers were never to be considered as your friends because you hardly know them. They're your associates in the workplace, if you don't hang out with them outside of work afterwards. Besides, it's best to be only associates with your coworkers anyway because, if you tell them all your personal business, they're going to spread it all over the workplace. People love to gossip and tell everybody's business. That's how conflicts amongst the employees gets started, so it's best to be private.
Work is work, but you might find a friend here and there... but some people will not care others will act like they care and some will become your supervisor and switch up in good and bad ways. Its deeper than explained 🙄. A loner is loner and rolls different
@FordFitness334 yep, just hope they aren't good actors and switch up when they become supervisors. The main problem is some people's inner child, their childhood and even young adulthood may play a part why they blame or have problems with others and can only find fault in certain people without completely looking at the outcome from their point of view. But then again, these are people at a job they probably left a group of friends for because they didn't start a good business with each other. It's deeper than explained 🙄 so many things can make a person feel a way, even the person waiting for that crush to approach them with the kind of intentions they are looking for, but they fail to understand that person and focus on their ideal.
People ask why I'm quiet all the time at work...I'm like, why does it matter to YOU??? If I don't fwu, I don't fwu. It is what it is. I'm here to make money, not friends.

Real! 💯 I only made 2 real friends from a job out of the many years ive been working. The worst places ive worked was in clothing retail and office environments..Ive been scorned lol. I make educational skits about corporate bs. Workplace be wildin crazy.
Probably only 1 or 2 coworkers actually made friends with and that’s because I never spoke a word like attracts like . Dude told me that he could trust me because I don’t speak to everybody and give my energy to everyone . Look at 48 laws of power law number 4 speak less then what should be said
