@@Skilliard Check if you have spare pit mine slots. You get 1 extra per era, but the feudal age land mark takes up 1 slot. In short, got the gray area where the gold vein was, select the pit mine and the construction area will be highlighted.
@Aussie_Drongo You can build Pit Mines on depleted gold veins AS LONG AS NOTHING ELSE IS BUILT OVER WHERE IT USED TO BE. Tell your non-Malian teammates to stop building over their depleted gold veins
They seem good in team games where you can boom a lot, but in 1v1s they seem a lot slower than other civs just going 2 TC. Malians feel really week right now

I'm curious what the specs are for your new computer? Did you get a 4080 or 4090? What cpu u get? How much ram? How much internal storage? External raid enclosure? Video editor or stream deck? Mic? Camera? Lighting? Everything looks good to me at 4k. Stats for nerds shows 86k to 93k or so. I'm curious what bitrate you record at. Is it minimum and maximum bitrate? Curious to know if youtube compressed it. I'm set at 60k to 80k for my recordings and seems like youtube hasn't compressed it when I look at stats for nerds on my videos. I'm guessing you're set at 80k to 100k? Mine is only 30 fps though. Anyways, looks fantastic.
I noticed some horizontal and vertical lines after 32:00 And I don't know if it was the game but the "Game Complete" banner glitched Edit: Vertical lines were present in the video "Megatron-QT ASSEMBLE" after 30:00 as well
lol. A lunch box that adjusts temperatures isn't AI, its literally just a switch attached to a thermometer and when thermometer goes above a certain point the switch turns the refrigeration on. There isn't a computer brain coming to the conclusion that the food is warming up.
Mali feels lacking something now at age 3 and 4. Maybe an reduce attack speed of scout and recost javelines will help? Also mansa quarry should be affected by mining technology research.
That's the problem with the cows in ranch. It's too slow to go for them with 1 TC -- even though their contribution over time is significant in proportion. With 2TC, Malian forgoes all its timing advantage and reduces the proportion of its eco advantage -- that includes both cows and pit mines. The cows in ranch idea isn't working out. I imagine the cow food income was tightly balanced and wont see more buff. Maybe so reduce the ranch wood cost. And also buff the cow landmark's numbers.
I disagree, English is the easiest matchup for Malians, because Javelins hard counter longbows, musofadi counter their men at arms, and donso are very strong against a horsemen pivot, making them very strong in the early game. It's just that Malians in general are in a very bad spot this season after their nerfs and other civs buffs. Malians have the lowest winrate in the game.
@@Skilliard Even in S3 & S4 English had good WR vs Malian. That was with the broken scouts and open maps in the pool. English 2 TC was just naturally strong vs Malian. That's despite of 2TC English being harder to play than 1TC Malian. It's not a problem to say English is good into Malian. It's not a counter like the old Dehli into HRE. It's still a good matchup.
