I enjoyed this more low-key style video. I think it feels more authentic in some ways than videos that get too curated. Just my personal preference :)

Good timing Kriksis! I've also been trying to work out how best to organise my projects- that planner looks like something that could work. I've also been looking at digital planners, like Notion and Trello, but they look quite complex to set up. Maybe when I have some time I can work them out, but having something like that travel journal looks like a simple solution. x

I love the travelers notebooks and have been using them in the same way. Also, the band that came on the outer packaging is an extra closure for your notebook. Can’t wait to see how you use it

Asphodel! The more I watch your video Kriksis, the more I think we have very similar tastes regarding art materials and books! 🤣 I have been using a Traveler's notebook, for a while. You can add some really cool refills, such as washable paper and accordion! But they can be a little expensive and that's why in the long run is better to create your own one, as you did 😊 Lastly, thank you so much for the features, I wasn't really expecting it!! 🥰

Asphodel ❤ all of these colors look so lovely 😍 I use a passport size travelers notebook when I go on trips to collect receipts and urban sketch. I’m always tempted to switch to the larger size but I know I won’t want to carry it as many places 😅 If I don’t have my ink bottles out on display I forget they exist and won’t use them but I didn’t consider the UV light changing them 😮 now I’ll need to find some pretty boxes 😂

Ah! Did you know there’re flowers called Asphodel? But her Asphodel is a really gorgeous gray.I also very much relate to having too many notebooks😂, the Traveler’s notebook seems like a good solution! Would love to hear how it goes on your next vid😊❤

Asphodel,what a great name and also a lovely colour aswell. I only paint with Hand made watercolours,and I also love the Ericus paints,she has such unique paints and colours that I reallly love. I t sounds like you have found a way to keep a journal/planner that is going to really work for you. I love these more low key videos that you gift us with now and then. The very first artists quality pencils I purchased for myself were the Derwent Inktense pencils and to this day they are still my favourite and most used in my mixed pedia working,I love that they are unique ibn tha once dry they are permenant, so are great for layering and in mixed media.so can see why you love using them too in your own work. (matt) P.s thanks to your reccommendation I have begun working with fountain pen inks in my work and am loving them so far.

Asphodel! This was a video as cozy as your other (more arty) ones. So please give them a go, if it helps to reduce the workload of editing. I enjoyed it and I am highly impressed by your paper crafting skills. You set up your new planner - who by the way is a great idea - so wonderful with little folders and tags and so on. It's a joy to look at. And please go on to decorate your planner and show the outcome from time to time.
