Last week, we had a relaxing and peaceful days in the countryside.
Being with nature is so healing.

Hi Jen , it's raining a lot in Southern Ontario ,Canada which makes for cosy days . It looks very beautiful where your in-laws live and reminds me of Canada . Sipping a cold beer in a sauna sounds wonderful . My candles are lit and I have cinnamon essential oil in my diffuser that smells heavenly . Your books look so good , I'm going to see if I can get them at my library or Amazon . As usual your food always looks delicious , I want to try them both . I love that your husband had a face mask , skin care is important for men too . I enjoy your peaceful and motivating content . Have a great week . 💕🙏🇨🇦

Dear Jen, I always feel so comfortable and cozy while watching your videos! It helps me so much in hard times as my family and I have at the moment, so many illnesses and accidents and sadness, so your calm and friendly mind calms me down a lot❤️love your food and your place in the country, looks like a real retreat! Everything looks delicious! I need to try the blueberry pie since my husband loves blueberries. It is finally getting a little cooler here in Houston and I am being able to enjoy my garden. I won't be buying new books until December but I will be adding the book of wish to my list. This autumn I just want to keep implementing a slower pace and healthier habits. It's been rainy and damp here in eastern Pennsylvania. My husband and I are away for a few days in the Finger Lakes region of New York, touring the wineries here and just relaxing. Tonight we're settling in to watch our favorite professional baseball team in playoffs! (Go Phillies!)

Hi Jen, I would like to cook your soup with salmon, but I can't use double cream. I can't tolerate fat, otherwise I'll get sick. Do you have any suggestion what I could use instead? All I can think of is vegetable broth. Thank you in advance. Warm regards from Germany 😊❤

Hello, do they sell fat free cooking cream there? Or fat free milk, it will be lighter but will still taste the same. Yes you can also use vegetable broth, I also use it on my salmon soup sometimes. You’re welcome. ☺️

Hello Julia, you can use cooking cream, I checked the sell it there in Sweden. You can also use milk, it will lighter but will taste the same. You’re welcome and hope you enjoy it.
